The mechanical part was no longer working. I had been over to the Honda dealership which is really a rip off, the price they wanted was outrageous and I've had to wait several months anyway because of the pandemic and parts being hard to find. I just taped up my window and thought I would figure it out later. I was fortunate to come across Jeremy here at Caliber Auto Body in Lincoln City and he told me I'm pretty sure I can do this for a lot less. He was right it was quite a bit less and he is so easy to deal with. The entire shop is all about integrity and honesty. I really feel comfortable working with Jeremy, I wish he had a car repair shop because I would only go there. If only I had somewhere good to go to get my car repaired like Jeremy's shop that would be wonderful. Everyone who works there is so kind and understanding they make you feel right at home. You feel like you are dealing with friends and not people you have to be leery of. As a woman we all know how difficult it is to bring a car in for repair and hope that you are getting what you are paying for. I have only great things to say about this business and if God for bid I ever do end up in a wreck and let's hope I don't this is where I would go and I would feel safe and well taken care of. It's obvious by all the five star reviews that they treat everyone like this and anyone who has a problem there well it's them not the car place. I don't look forward to another car problem but if I do have one at least I know where to go and I will be at ease coming here.

Juan also refused to answer my texts. At first, I thought there might be some family crisis that would explain juan's failings. But I was able to confirm that no such crisis existed. The guy just didn't feel any obligation to treat customers with respect or even honor his own word. The only good thing about my experience with this... person, is that I found out what he is before letting him get his mitts on my baby, for which I am grateful. Based on my experience, I suspect the positive reviews he shows on his website were from family or employees. If a business owner lacks the integrity and professionalism to keep his promises and is so disrespectful of customers that he refuses to respond to appropriate contact from them, it just makes sense that he also wouldn't care much about doing a good job for them. They ultimately had to do the job twice: the replacement their main supplier gave them, the bracket for the forward camera was misaligned and they couldn't correct it. Drove around with a ton of alarms on the dash until they sourced a different one and installed it. Not really their fault, but I will note that the Lincoln City location (this one) operates out of a storage unit in a complex - not easy to get in and out of.

Zero stars for that, since credit card processing fees are considered a normal business expense that is tax deductible. Hence, they did a bit of double dipping.
