Greg is about the easiest going guy you'll ever find. With his ubiquitous mouthful of chew, he knows his cars, knows his parts and his diagnoses are always spot on. He'll work hard to get you in and get you back on the road, securing parts in town or online as quick as he can. Prices are reasonable and he'll do an odd thing here or there without being asked, just to make sure you're in good shape. You'll have to ask for higher-end parts if it's what you're after, otherwise, you'll get budget parts. He'll answer the phone if he can but it's always best to swing on by.

Only issue I ran into is that they ordered the wrong Camshaft for us so we have to take it out and install the correct one in. They sent us the camshaft for the NA cars and we were planning on adding boost. But they are warrantying it and sending us the correct one for free. The mechanical part was no longer working. I had been over to the Honda dealership which is really a rip off, the price they wanted was outrageous and I've had to wait several months anyway because of the pandemic and parts being hard to find. I just taped up my window and thought I would figure it out later. I was fortunate to come across Jeremy here at Caliber Auto Body in Lincoln City and he told me I'm pretty sure I can do this for a lot less. He was right it was quite a bit less and he is so easy to deal with. The entire shop is all about integrity and honesty. I really feel comfortable working with Jeremy, I wish he had a car repair shop because I would only go there. If only I had somewhere good to go to get my car repaired like Jeremy's shop that would be wonderful. Everyone who works there is so kind and understanding they make you feel right at home. You feel like you are dealing with friends and not people you have to be leery of. As a woman we all know how difficult it is to bring a car in for repair and hope that you are getting what you are paying for. I have only great things to say about this business and if God for bid I ever do end up in a wreck and let's hope I don't this is where I would go and I would feel safe and well taken care of. My daughter had a rollover accident in her 1989 Ford F250 on a gravel road near the gun range in…read moreLincoln City. Thankfully, she was not injured. I have AAA, but they were not able to tow the car as it was too far down the steep embankment and was now classified as a recovery or extraction. I called Car Care Pro Tow to see if they could extract and tow it the day after the incident, and they did. Within an hour after calling, they had signage to close the road for the tow vehicle and flatbed, and to keep everyone safe. Four to five people were working on getting the truck pulled up the embankment (some came to help on their day off). The steering linkage was broken, which made it very difficult to maneuver the truck. They eventually got it pulled up the embankment and onto a flatbed, and then they towed it to my place in Pacific City. The space to pull in and out of the driveway was limited so they could not get the truck backed in straight right away. I requested that they try to get it straight in as much as possible. They spent a good 30-60 min using a crowbar to get the wheels to turn since the steering was broken, and they did eventually get it straight in. And, they did not create more damage to the truck during any part of the extraction, tow, or in parking it. I am so impressed with everyone's tenacity, strength, skill, and professionalism before, during, and after the vehicle extraction and tow. I highly recommend Car Care Pro Tow to anyone needing their services.
