I was stranded in Lockhart, after discovering that my power steering belt had broken off. I was trying to get home to my disabled son in Round Rock, TX who needed my assistance desperately. Every mechanic in Lockhart had already closed for the day, and only one of them would be able to take my car for repairs the following day.
