I ended up visiting shops that were no good: one gave me a quote like a highway robber, and another was simply incompetent. Caliber Collision does not participate in Yelp's Request-a-Quote feature, and honestly, that turned out to be a good thing. If you want a quote, just give them a call. Their courteous live staff will be happy to provide information, and they do require an appointment for an estimate. I first came to this Caliber Collision location back in June 2022 after damaging the right side of my car, and they did an excellent job with the repairs. This time, the issue was less serious--my front bumper's lower panel (valance panel) was damaged and needed to be replaced. Once again, they did a great job. My husband was the person who they dealt with but I had the pleasure picking my car up. I was greeted by the manager, I believe his name is Carlos(?) please excuse me if I heard his name wrong. He took such good care of me and offered to take care of my rental car. The next person who I had the pleasure of meeting is Alex. Alex deserves 20+ stars for his phenomenal service. He was friendly, kind and respectful. Alex went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my car. He wiped down my car and was so gracious to really make sure I was satisfied. Had a the worst experience couple months back when I was recommended to this caliber by AAA, I was assured by caliber collision that my damages were covered by insurance so I decided to bring my car in for repairs. When my car was ready to get picked up, they decided to tell me that it is not covered and was told not to worry to just pay 5k that same day, this was a big set back for me as I did not have that in pocket. They didn't offer any discount for they're mistake on lying to me and confirming with em that it was covered and I had to wait months to get my car back to make up the money, even rented a car. So after I picked up the car I noticed a lot of the squawks I was quoted for were not done and all that was done was just 2 used doors installed on my car and they wanted close to 5k with that. My car was practically brand new before I brought it in and they replaced both of the damaged doors with used scratched doors and scratched windows. I had to go back 3 times to pick up my car because each time I would notice the job was incomplete. I had to keep reminding them every time what I was being quoted for and it seemed like they wanted to do the bare minimum. After spending a lot of time missing work going back and forth and seeing the job wasn't finished, I was over it and just wanted my car back so I told them to just paint over the scratches on the "new" doors they installed. It was a nightmare and I don't think I'd ever go back with caliber. Update: The damaged glass window that they replaced my new window with has shattered after 3 months, since the window they gave me was already scratched, it eventually cracked. I was the victim of an auto theft that left a smashed window, I brought my car in on a Wednesday afternoon and he had it ready for pickup in less than 24 hours! He had clear transparent communication the entire time, letting me know expected turnaround time and keeping me updated on pickup. The most generous thing and biggest surprise was that he wanted to give my car a car wash, but it was raining today so he gave me a coupon for a car wash on a later day. Diana, David, and their team provided outstanding customer service for jobs very well done. They were both extremely helpful, patient, and informative when it came to answering questions and guiding me through the repairs. After dropping my car off for service, they even provided an Uber ride for me to get back home. When my car was completed, it was delivered back to me so I didn't have to go pick it up! Happily used this shop twice before...once end of 2019 and a second time mid 2020/pandemic with wonderful helpful and friendly service. Filled a claim with insurance and requested this shop. Called multiple times to confirm appointment and no one answered the phone. Arrived at shop during their drop off window and was met with very different service from the last two visits. Rude, unfriendly and unhelpful service and being constantly talked over and down to by the manager. Bottom line...they've changed management since we've last visited and would definitely stay away from the shop at all costs.... Their work was always great but if you have to deal with their management, FOH and phone system at all it's not worth the headache or the mansplaining. read more

My insurance company (AAA) sent me to this Caliber location to repair my car, which had been rear-ended. I think the team of people here are fantastic: helpful, courteous, and responsive. Jerry was assigned to my case, and his service was just outstanding. My car was there for little over a week (it first took about 6 weeks for the parts to come in) and he kept me updated, explaining everything thoroughly about work being done, timeline, etc., & ensuring the paint color of the bumper was a perfect match to the unusual metallic green color of my car. Also, he's just the nicest man, courteous, kind, and friendly. My car was washed & it ended up looking as good as brand new when I drove away! Someone recently hit and run my driver side mirror and my insurance scheduled me an appointment with Caliber Collission and a reservation for a rental car simultaneously. Upon arrival, I was told the appointment was only for an estimate and that they were really busy. They told me to come back next week and while that is completely fair, I had asked if my car can just sit with them while I get my rental car since my car was not really drive-able. Driving without a driver side mirror is completely dangerous in my opinion. Anyway, the team at caliber seemed really rushed and unhelpful. She just kept saying we're booked. While I understand that may be the case, she was completely unempathetic to my situation. She didn't offer a solution, or maybe help me get a rental in the meantime. She was really rushing to get me out of there. I'm a customer and my life and car has value too. She literally just said if I need a rental then take my place to another "shop". And so I went across the street to collision consultants and thank god I did. The guy working had a sense of humor saying "you can't drive that car! I watched you pull up and I wouldn't recommend even driving across the street!" While he was busy and booked himself, he was like this doesn't need to be complicated. Between AAA and Caliber collision my experience so far has been complete trash. It took over a month for anyone to get back to me. Which they didn't.... I had to call and leave my personal information over 3 times before having to contact the manager of this location through email myself to set up an APPOINTMENT. Which then after waiting a month the appt that was available was weeks later, making this a total of about two months with nothing being done to my car. I've been brushed off and it's very annoying. So far I don't feel confident in using this company again. AAA in connection to them is a whole other story... And update. After waiting two months. Bringing my car in right now I'm being told I have to wait a whole other month for it to be fixed. This is crazy. read more

HELLA SUBPAR. My car was supposed to be ready before Christmas, but I received a call to let me know they tried to put the bumper back on before the paint was dry and messed it up, so they had to repaint and do it over. When I arrived to pick up my car, they told me they repainted my original bumper, which was news to me, because at my consultation/drop-off, they told me it would take about a week for the new bumper to come in, so that was a weird lie. Since they chose to refurbish my original bumper, unbeknownst to me, it looked horrible and they offered to order a new bumper... again, but I couldn't afford to be without my car for another however many weeks. My car was broken into resulting in a smashed window and some minor damage to the passenger side door. The battery was also dead due to sitting for so long (COVID-19) so I had it towed to Caliber. They were on top of things right from the start. David kept in contact with me regarding the status of my repair and even went out of his way to meet my needs by texting me instead of calling (cell reception/voicemail delay issues), so I wouldn't miss a beat. What I LOVED: My insurance did not cover the cost of replacing the dead battery. David texted me to let me know and I called him at my convenience. He had already researched battery options specific to my car's make and model, then provided me with options. He did NOT mislead me or make me feel stupid for asking questions. WHEN I PICKED UP MY CAR: 1. It looked brand new - I almost didn't recognize it! Finally my car was as clean as the day I brought it home from the dealership! 2. They are SUPER conscious of COVID 19 and unlike other local businesses, they have a protocol in place for conducting business. They wear masks, they physically distance (from each other and customers), and they waited until I got there to disinfect my car so I could SEE them doing it and feel safe to drive off in it. 3. So I took my grandmother's car here about a month ago to get some minor bodywork done after a fender bender. I was very clear with them that she did not want to wait forever for her car and if they were not able to tend to it within a couple of days then we'd find somewhere else to go. My grandmother had dealt with them before and felt she had gotten the run around which is why she asked me to take it in for her. I was told the car would be ready in four days and ended up waiting for almost two weeks, getting excuse after excuse for why the car was not ready. The reason why I am only posting this now is that on top of the ordeal of endless waiting and hearing excuse after excuse, here it is a month later and my grandmother just realized that the emergency cash that she kept in her well had been stolen. They had actually even taken her sanitizer that had been sitting in the cupholder. A really shitty experience, I did not feel that they were honest at all, and the missing items really just ticked me off. Stealing money is never good, stealing from someone's grandmother is a really nice way to treat people that you're already getting over on. Screw that place! read more
