Amazing customer service but wish the service was a bit more through. My car got hit by a small rock landslide and Stephanie was absolutely amazing in explaining repairs, timelines, best options for me. She went above and beyond in helping me understand the process and when my car would be done. On the flip side, my car did take 3 weeks to get repaired for 2 tires that popped and a few rock scratches on the side of my car. When my car was returned, there were still several rock scratches. At first I was told it was probably mud. When I showed them that they were indeed scratches, they tried to get me to accept it because that part of the car usually gets scrapped anyways. I didn't appreciate that part because why would I pay in full to get my car scratches repaired but not have all repairs done? I mentioned that to the repairs guy and he said he'd do some touchups for me in which he then put the wrong white color on the scratches even though they are a Tesla certified shop and have Tesla certified parts and should have the right paint. Their explanation didn't sit right with me & their attention to detail and thoroughness didn't sit right with me especially if you're asking me to pay in full but can't deliver what was initially agreed upon. read more

in October 2025, I took my Tesla to Fix Auto Beverly Hills to perform repairs as a result of an accident that I had. my interaction with the staff was positive and two weeks later I was very satisfy with the repairs when I picked up my vehicle. About a month ago, I noticed that my back door was not flush with the rear body. I procrastinated until Monday, April 6, 2026, when I called Stephany Mendoza, store manager, at Fix Auto. I explained to her the problem, and she asked when I could come in. I went yesterday morning. She looked at the vehicle and said let me take care of it. She told me to wait when she instructed her staff to take my vehicle and make the necessary adjustment. It took about an hour or just under that and the technician return with my vehicle with the issue resolved. To be honest, I fully expected to be told that it was too late and that the repairs were accepted by me back in October. It's wonderful to know that there are businesses out there that live up to their motto of providing excellent service. In my judgment, Fix Auto Beverly Hills provides excellent service. read more

On top of the shit job, they lost my keys in the process which delayed the return date due to having to reprogram a new key. Still had no explanation as to where my original keys went. I came here after I stopped at Caliber Collision where needed an appointment just to get an estimate - Fix Auto was able to give me an estimate right away. We actually had to get two cars repaired here after two separate accidents that were t our fault. It was really easy to deal with insurance because they took care of all the communication and they got my car back to me within 10 business days (7 for my husband's car). They text you to keep you updated on the progress of your car (though I did have to call and verify my car would be ready since I never got the final "it's ready" text). My husband and I were impressed with their level of service and how great the car looked after the repairs were done - the front bumper and both side panels had to be replaced. I took my former clients 2005 Lexus GX there after she got hit. They were on the approved State Farm insurance repair facilities. After checking reviews we took the vehicle there. We were initially told we couldn't get the vehicle in for repair until late January. I brought the car by for inspection in December and asked Vincent when the earlier I could get it in for repair to my surprise he said the next day. After dropping off the car and then catching State Farm lying so they could total the car repairs began. I received almost daily updates as to the statues of the repair work. I had the worst experience with this body shop, let's just start off with they kept my car for a whole month to replace my trunk. I wouldn't care as long as they got the job done and right but total opposite. They wouldn't update me on the car, I would always have to call and I had to give my number to the receptionist at least 10 times. I ended up telling them to do my oil change since I didn't want to drop off my car at the dealership right after not having my car for so long. Well once they called me to let me know my car was ready, I showed up and paid & just took my car without inspecting it since I've been here before & it was a great job so with it being Friday & 5pm I was in a hurry since traffic is terrible. Well once I got home & really looked at it. It was a whole let down. There were so many chips on my grill, they scratched and dented my whole left side, black paint on my front RED seat, scratched my door handle & taillight tint. Missing paint and chips on a few spots on my bumper. My wrap damaged. Oh the oil change I paid 200 and something for? At 60%. I let them know of all the stuff and wanted me to come in, so I drove a whole hour again & once I get there and spoke with him so I can show him, this guy says he'll pay for all the damage and the wrap. But not the grill, he tried to claim that could've happened on the way home. Really? The slow traffic chipped my grill? And with the oil change he tried to blame it on the computer, like it hasn't registered yet. I ended up taking it to the dealership and had it at 100% with no problem. It's like they see a woman and think she wouldn't know. I hand wash my own car, it's not cheap so I like maintaining it, but this place was so careless. I gave them another chance so they can at least paint the spots they missed. Once that was done, I had to wait 2 weeks for my wrap & once I contacted Ronald to let him know about the place that will be doing it and fixing all the damage, he acted like he was still going to cover it. He even spoke with the guy doing all the work on my car. Once I sent him the invoice, he disappeared. I'm not going to chase a grown man for money. My Audi was not taken care of, a complete waste of time & money. I wouldn't bring a beat up Toyota to this ridiculous place. read more

I have never gone to a better body shop! There are not enough words to express what a great experience this was. The interior decor and refreshments makes waiting for your car at a body shop much easier than the norm of the business. The people are very professional and explain everything in detail for you. Gee, I have never been insulted like this, and the customer experience was blatant shadiness. For the repair job, I researched several auto body shops and even read Ronald's all positive reviews - it seems the owner only responds to a select few reviews. I noticed no red flags and good work pics, so I gave an extra star since the final product looked presentable, niiicee. Fernando spoke to me like I was a fool, but he cannot fool me, mind you, I have an MBA and am a business leader in a leading global technology firm. Knowing the situation, he tried to take advantage of me. The initial quote and updated quote jumped over 50% in price, then I balked and subsequently went back down to the original quote plus a few extra percentage points. He cannot/refused to explain the discrepancy to my satisfaction. I gave up. There was no communication on status, so I constantly called for follow-ups, and then they starting to ignore my calls. He even hung up on me - the paying customer - what is that about?!? I never yelled or raised my tone. I asked for a clear explanation or put things in writing, but they dragged their feet. Their lack of follow thru was astounding. For the initial quote, I said when in doubt, quote me the higher number - he gave me the lowest number to get thru the door. Bait and switch tactics is an old method. I called several times to request updated quotes in writing and before/after pics, but he never followed thru. There are so many auto body shops out there pass on this one.
