Finally got our car back on August 2nd. It took 3 months and Caliber had the car longer than we drove it. We've only had it since March 3rd and just got the license plates put on when someone backed into us on April 5th while it was parked. It was painful to see a brand new car sit in a hot parking lot that long waiting for parts. Jessica kept my husband abreast of what was happening on a regular basis. Started off great from a communication standpoint. Vehicle was in their shop for 4 weeks to replace windshield and complete bodywork on hood, front bumper, and front fenders due to gravel being shot across the front of the vehicle. Original estimate was to have vehicle completed in 3 weeks, with basic/general updates being given thru the first 2 weeks. Initial communication the 3rd week was they were still on track to complete, but contact at the end of Friday communicated that they had to reorder a new piece and delay completion to Wednesday of the 4th week. Communication during the 4th week then turned worse as the communications slowed with information not being correct and dragging out completion day by day, until we continued to call for updates with last minute work on Friday to complete and return. read more

Everything went very smooth and as promised. Cosmetic repairs appear like new. I received progress updates a couple times/week and my 4Runner was done two days early. The staff was fast, friendly and courteous. The manager even offered to buff out a problem spot on the hood for no charge. Rental car pickup and drop off went smooth also. Great customer service. I went to caliber collision because my insurance works with them and has had a good experience with them. And so since they recommended them even though I didn't go through my insurance. They were super informative throughout the whole process. My car was at the shop for almost 4 months. But I worked with Bill and he kept me informed and let me know about all the delays with Chevrolet. And they even helped me out to foot the rental bill because there was no eta at one point when the the part was on permanent back order it seemed. But after the four months it finally came in I was able to get the car. And it's just how I remembered it before the accident. And I'm really really appreciative of bill and everything he did to keep this process going. If I ever have another accident (hopefully not) they will be my go to. Because even though it is Chevrolet's fault for this delay. Caliber collision has been phenomenal as in service and care to their customers. My 2018 Honda was damaged in a grocery store parking lot. The damage was to the left front fender with a lot of paint scraped off, with no dents. I made an appointment with Caliper in Pro Valley for an estimate. The rep quoted a price of $3,000 stating that the whole front bumper would have to be replaced. I went to to other collision shops for additional estimates. None of the other businesses said the front end would have to be replaced. I went with Watson Collision who did a beautiful job for $1600.
