Don't use this Business...it's a Racket... I just read another review that described our experience exactly the same.... Yvette is the Master mind..here. This is how they operate: Simple Door scratch.. you get the adjuster to give you a check for the repair...that might be for $1000. At the most.... the adjuster says it's $2500. Then you take your car to National Collision, Yvette tells you it will be ready in a couple of weeks...then they file a supplement damage...where they state that they found more damage on your car... they take it apart so you're stuck with them... then they charge double or triple for the repair..!!! When we confronted Yvette at the shop, she said she was doing this job for 20 years, and that she knew what she was doing....RIGHT...imagine how many people she has taken advantage of.. I really believe this business is working secretly with insurance companies and adjusters to split the profits.... I'm sorry, but I've been around he block and I know when someone is trying to take me for a sucker... in this case it was my Fiancé who suffered the loss... her insurance agent was NO HELP either...!! I have had three trucks in at this location and have always been happy. Fred is awesome to deal with and keeps you informed along the way. If something goes wrong (one minor thing) they do not hide it and make it right over and above what is really necessary. I am going to now trust them with my resto 72 and know I will be happy. So, had a collision with my car on the front end. My insurance said that National Auto Collision Center was an approved repair shop and that all that was needed would be preapproved. Cool. Not only that, but my insurance company provides me a rental car with Enterprise and Enterprise actually delivers a car and picks up the car from National Collision. The employees were pleasant. Most of the repairs were good. Yes, "most" of the repairs. Enough of the pros, now on to the cons... This is what I addressed to them in an email. Here it is about four months since the accident: "Why didn't your mechanics find everything that happened to my car's front end as a result of my accident? I brought it back to you to check out these noises that were happening. You said that it was because I needed a new power steering pump and it was leaking, and because of the "leak" from the "faulty power steering pump," it caused a mechanical breakdown with the rack and pinion and that I would probably need a new steering assembly. "I did not have any spots on my driveway from such a supposed "leak," so I took it to my trusted mechanic. He said there was nothing wrong with the pump. What he did find were some obvious things that you should have found from such an accident: All four motor mounts were broken from the motor being pushed up from a sharp collision (and these motor mounts were all only seven months old, being replaced after wear and tear after 200,000+ miles), tie rods damaged, and a lower ball joint damaged. "Here it is months after the accident and the car is finally going to get completely repaired. Turns out that the red tape and bureaucracy in getting repairs after the fact, or rather after such an approved repair shop has "completed" repairs, is extensive. I do not appreciate that your shop tried to pass off your responsibility or your incompetence with a lame excuse. Either that or your shop is full of incompetent mechanics. Why you would want to do that is beyond me since you would have been paid for the repairs anyway." So that is my experience with National Auto Collision. They MAY work well for you. But maybe not. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Tucson-top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. Would definitely recommend you trying it to get your own take on it. 2* = Not so good. Would not recommend at all. Waste of money. 1* = How are they still in business? I was referred to NACC on Grant by Allstate Insurance after a heavy piece of truck tire bouncing around on I-10 broke the bumper of my Camry. It was still drivable, so I made a 10-minute trip to the shop. I had a pleasant experience from the time I arrived to the time I picked up my car a few days later -- except for a few minutes spent in the lounge, watching a terrible game show -- once the part arrived and was promptly installed. The bumper matched my choice of color exactly. It looks great and inspires me to take the car to a paint shop to get the rest (a lot of clear-coat is gone) done to match. Special kudos to scheduler Johnnie and Fred who drove me home when I dropped the car off and picked me up when it was finished. I took my car into National Collision a few weeks ago and I have to say, I was extremely pleased w/ the service!! Fred was awesome. He kept me informed on the process and the repair was done in a few weeks (faster than I thought). I voiced my concern about the length of time I had my rental and Fred was understanding of that (nothing like the first place I went to, Caliber Collision).. My car looks like new. Definitely worth the drive and the traffic. The office staff was very polite and helpful too. read more

Since writing my first review in 2016, I have used National Collision 2 more times (unfortunately!). They still get an A+. It's great having a hometown business that does such incredibly good work and for which I know my money goes back into our Arizona community rather than to some corporate headquarters in another state. read more

Freaking horrible!! I made an appointment to have my vehicle assessed for body work filling hitting some debris in roadway. Totaled covered by insurance. I waited almost an hour after my appointment and no one acknowledged me after I was asked to wait in waiting room. Finally walked out and got back in my vehicle. As I was driving away, someone from the shop called me and asked if I was waiting for an appointment. Their excuse was no one told them I was sitting in the waiting room. Some one walked by me twice without acknowledging my presence. I'll take my business elsewhere. And I did. read more

Fred the estimator isn't very communicative unless you continuously call. Once they start messing up your vehicle with runs and chips and scratches. He will then start giving you updates. Declined pick up of my truck 3 times, after numerous times finding chips, overspray, and runs and compound/ swirls all over. They told me the owner and managers would inspect my truck before pick up. Finally picked up my truck after a month and half to still have runs and overspray on my truck. Don't recommend them. I've been a body technician for years and would never let a vehicle leave in condition they do. read more

Bad idea to take ANY vehicle here. I had my vehicle towed here after an accident where the othrr party was at fault. This shop took TWO WEEKS to replace what they called minimal body damage, which was a tow link and a bumper cover. Nevermind the actual engine and body damage.. Never put it on a lift, never test drove it and now my transmission is shot because they said it was "safe to drive" . they out DRYWALL SCREWS in place of the bolts that were there and not damaged. This place us a joke and they will screw you any chance they get. read more
