I have a 93 year old adopted mom, she never would have felt good about this place or the lack of engagement and follow through. Elected to retrieve my car and go to a shop where I felt like there was some customer service--oddly no attempt at all to keep my business. Would they do a good job with repairs? Not sure, but if the reception and lack of follow through in producing an estimate is any indication, I am a skeptic. To me there are better choices.
