If Caliber Collision can not put the exterior back together, It makes me wonder about the inner working, Oh ya, the radar system still does not works. I think it is unlikely that Caliber had the internal working correct let alone that the calibration is right. Caliber Collision was informed the car was not fixed but ..... not heard from them yet. Should be noted that State Farm paid Caliber (in full I think), so where is the incentive to fix the Jeep? So far Caliber Collision has shown there is no incentive, or the radar issue would have been fixed. Or, maybe Caliber does not have the skill set to fix it. Clearly Caliber did not not have the skills set to put the frontend together correctly. It gets worse, as Caliber has even been paid in full for work not yet done. What recourse does the customer have? State Farm does not care so I believe the bottom line is there is no recourse. Suggest you choose another company. read more

Caliber in Meridian is the first business I've been into for a long time that actively was trying to earn business and a good reputation. Everyone there was attentive and helping. Mirror was painted the wrong color after I was told, "we do this for a living" and it "was matched to the factor". So, after that issue I was promised my car back at the end of business after the weekend (Monday). When Monday arrived my car was not ready as promised. When I did finally get my car, they did not clean off the door panel the technician removed to replace the mirror. I do not have photos of the miss matched paint but do have photo of the interior panel. read more

A horrible experience. They had my can over 2 months and didn't offer to provide a rental once the issue became Caliber's fault. They had to repaint my car after the repair due to black specks under the clear coat, and they never could get the strong adhesive smell to go away after trying three separate times. I ended up selling the car as it was too strong of a smell for me. Jason, the manager was rude and unwilling to admit any fault, he said I just had to wait for the smell to go away and hung up on me twice. While they were very polite, they refused to give me an estimate without an insurance claim. Since my claim would likely be right around the my deductible, I didn't want to file a claim and have my rates go up. I called them back just to give them another chance before I went elsewhere, and they said they can't help me. I understand they have plenty of insurance business. But this is no way to treat a potential customer. If I ever do have a claim, I will not use them. read more

At the walk through of my car repair I explicitly stated that I was only interested in fixing my windshield. I was clear that I would pay one deductible. Tristan asked about a dent on my back, left quarter panel, and I again, stated I was not interested in fixing the dent unless it could be lumped in with the same deductible/cost as my windshield. I was told that they would look into it. Caliber kept my car for about a month and a half, extending the completion date multiple times. I called them repeatedly because I knew my rental insurance is limited. I was assured that they had spoken to my insurance and extended the rental and everything was ok. It was not. I had to pay for FIVE DAYS OUT OF POCKET. My car was drivable. They could have had my hood on to it until parts came in. Additionally, when caliber had "finished" the repair, I was on a tight schedule and only paid and picked up my keys. They had not touched my windshield. They had torn my car apart to fix the dent that I had explicitly stated I did not care about and would not pay to fix. I was livid. The GM called me the next day and assured me he would make it right. He never even called back. I have been calling back and forth with caliber and my insurance, and no one can help. To fix my windshield will cost an additional $500, on top of the $150 calibers dishonesty cost me for the rental car. I have brought all of my auto body business to caliber for years, earning this company thousands. To be so blatantly lied to and cheated is so frustrating and hurtful. Robert (GM) claims to have my signature on documents for the quarter panel. I only signed those with the walk through papers detailing my windshield crack attached! Caliber never reached out to ask if it was ok to work on the back quarter panel. They lied repeatedly and charged me dishonestly. It's been over a week and I am still the one reaching out asking Robert to make it right! Edit Satisfaction with customer service?1I have been lied to and cheated repeatedly this entire process. I was charged an extra $150 out of pocket due to calibers dishonesty and will be charged an additional $500 to complete the work caliber claimed to fix. Had to go back 3 times to verify that the work was done and it was not done very well. They had to redo several items because of bad finish work. I finally just gave up went to pick up my car because obviously they don't know how to finish a vehicle properly. Then the battery was dead because they left the lights on or the trunk open. Now my battery is not working properly and I have to buy a new one. They also Did not store it inside. Left it outside for three weeks in the snow and rain. Then come to find out they billed the insurance company for extra work to fix their mistakes and bad work. Be very careful with this company they claim they have a lifetime warranty but every time you go in, they will probably charge you and not do a very good job. nothing but excuses I would not recommend this place get multiple quotes read more

Review I will start out saying I have nothing bad to say about the Caliber Meridian location. From the moment I called and set up my appointment with Destiny the Service Adviser , I got in as soon they could and it worked with my crazy work schedule. I was fortunate my car was still drivable, so after my first visit Destiny took all my pictures and drew up the estimate. Then it was a waiting game to get all my parts to arrive so I could drop it off. In the meantime while I was waiting Destiny was always keeping me informed on what was coming. The day came they the part that were ordered were in. Before I dropped my car off to get my front end taken apart I went back one more time to make sure there wasn't anything missed that's where I was helped but Austin the other Service adviser and also Ryan the General Manager they both were able to get into my car a little deeper and order some more parts. Once the time came to drop off my car they were very accommodating with my work schedule and above all else I have my son week off and week on and when I dropped off my car I didn't have my son so they were going to try and car done before I picked him up again. All said and done my car was done in the time frame they gave I was very happy with there service and would recommend everyone and everyone I could if they ever had car damage. read more

I'm so disappointed with this shop. I brought my car in for an estimate after a hit & run, Mr. Doolittle looked at our car and started taking pictures all around the car and not just on the spot we wanted repaired. We have a car that is 1 year old, so not full of damage. He later sent me a crazy quote that included all sorts of repair work to places that had no damage and were no where near the spot our car was hit. I emailed and asked why all these extra things were included and he said he would not do the repair to just the damaged spot and would require us to basically get every minor imperfection fixed. I was honestly shocked. His quote was several thousand dollars more than the dealership to fix our car and the whole thing felt slimy. read more

I normally don't write bad reviews but I have gave calliber Optimal chances to make this right. This is my review on 2 locations first being the adkins location It took them 3 to 4 months to fix my car. Calliber also told me I never had a spare tire . Which I did! I had to get ahold of the adjuster to send pictures to prove I did! The trunk piece that lays flat now sags because there was no spare tire put back and is missing the piece that holds the Mat u p as well as the back light cover for the inside of my trunk. They told me they would call when it came in . Over a year later and have not heard anything but when I called they can't find it . Chinden location. My time has been wasted , the gas to keep driving down there , the lack of communication, being lied to on multiple occasions and being told all parts are in and they are not. I waited a month to bring my car down after they did the original estimate. I was told all parts were in and should only take a week to fix. 2 months later I get my car back and now my car shakes on the freeway, shakes when I braked , paint had dirt chips in It , a part was cracked under the hood, engine making a loud squealing sound, front panel that was replaced did not line up with the door and my rim was still bent after I had asked multiple times for it to be replaced not fixed. My car has been pushed out and pushed out with excuses as to when the car would be finished, Update //after I called to let them know all the problems that were going on, i had to drive it back down there to explain to them the work that was not complete.!! I have driven 8 to 9 times to calliber through the process so far . When I walked with Jenn she said everything would be taken care of and they would get me a rental car and les Schwab would look at everything .underneath , so lets get you scheduled . I show up three weeks later to my appointment I had made at 10 , did not get helped till 1035. I walked my car with Jenn and she marked my car up , i then had asked about the rental she said I would have , she said she would have to ask her manager . Ok, even though this should have already been planned before I came down to my appointment that I made 3 weeks earlier to get it all taken care of , parts in and everything. Which I was told when we walked that all parts were in and it would be done at the end of the day. I had appointments to run that day. Jenn comes back and says I can get you one ,but not till 1230. Absolutely not ok! I had my 3 year old and teenager with me . Jenn walked off and said the manager can talk to me . Daniel states that there are no cars , i said I get that, you guys have had my car for 8 months of the year and I have had to rent cars . I stated that Downtown is the big lot, they have cars. Daneil states that he called and they were closed. He Lied straight to my face and I knew it because I have been working with enterprise for a year now. I called enterprise and they never called and it was open. This was on Monday October 10th and at 1230 I did have a rent a car and calliber has my car. Its now the 13th and I have no idea what they are doing to my car or when it will be completed. Because nobody has communicated anything to me . I called today and Jenn was suppose to call me back with what's going on and I have had not one call back from anybody . I finally Called on Friday the 14th and apparently the rim is not in yet, at which I was told all the pieces were there to complete on Monday when I showed up to my appointment . Daniel offered a Uber to come drive me and my children around to personal appointments , how obserd and unprofessional.! Taking in and out my car seat and dragging my children with strangers . Unbelievable! Calliber has been payed over 14,000 dollars with the 2 incidents and i still don't have my car and my car is not complete. I feel robbed at this point. All the gas , time and rearranging my schedule , worrying and stressed out because of my car . Being lied to over and over again. Update from October 13th, still no car and apparently the second week the people sent the wrong fender so here we are 3 rd week and nothing! And no communication. I am not very happy with this shop. I got car accident and Geico insurance let me go any auto shop to fix it but I got recommended for this shop as franchises too. They fixed my one of door within one week and that was fast. But When I go to pick up the car the lady told me that they finished it but one part is missing. So let me come back again And it will be very easy job. WTH Nobody wants to go to auto collision often. I go back and they called me that part is ready but when I go back, the part is not ready yet. OMG. They are so busy and the young lady was tried to help me out but the other lady was not. She even didnt know their wifi and never pick up the phone. Poor customer service.
