Had to do a frame swap on my Pro charged 2020 Ram 2500. It took about 7,8 months for stelantis to finally send in my new frame. It took this shop to swap everything over about 2-3 weeks give or take and it went smoothly. Jeff was always updating me how things were going on text, in which it kept my anxiety at bay. Once i got the truck back it looked like it came off the dealership floor because they cleaned it and went above and beyond and color matched my back and front bumper because why not it looks better and no extra cost because the bumper had to be replaced with a new one anyway. I leased my 2021 Ford Bronco at Castle Ford brand new. At the end of the last year, I took my 2021 Ford Bronco to Caliber Collision to have the top repaired under a claim from Geico after someone cut the top attempting to break in. Caliber was unable to fix it after determining it was too complicated and sent it to Castle Ford. Castle had it for at least two months while a new top was ordered and they figured out how to install it. The Bronco was then returned to Caliber Collision, where my friend picked it up for me as I was out of town on military orders. When I received the vehicle back, the clips on the passenger side of the top were broken, allowing a gap in the top (see pics attached). I called Caliber Collision who said they didn't notice it or inspect it when they picked it up from Castle and that I should take up the issue with Castle. I spoke with the service manager at Castle, who then stated they didn't notice the issue with the broken clips on the top and said should call Geico and take it up with them. Additionally , my Bronco was with Castle for well over two months and when I picked it up, it was in need of an oil change (service light was on) and also needed a recall. Castle Ford returned the vehicle to Caliber not only with a broken top (Ford knows about these issues and someone at the dealer or Caliber likely broke the top not knowing how to take it off properly) but also returned the vehicle in need of an oil change and a recall. This is absolutely unsatisfactory and I would not buy another vehicle at Castle Ford or repair my vehicle at Caliber Collision. Both parties passed the buck to each other and then Geico and left me with a Bronco with a broken top that I eventually took to another Ford Dealer who repaired the mess under warranty. STAY AWAY form Castle Ford and Caliber Collision, especially if you're a veteran as they do not respect their customers, their vehicles, or their quality of work. I picked this shop from my insurance company after an accident. I called the shop and made an appointment for an estimate. I showed up for the appointment at Caliber Collision and a big, blond woman came out and started yelling at me! She told me that they would not be able to get my car in for 2 or 3 months and they weren't going to do the estimate on my vehicle. I was shocked by her rude, confrontational behavior - especially because I just came in and said, "I'm here for my appointment." That's not the proper way to treat any person. She needs to get better customer service skills or just stay in the back where she can't be seen or heard. That's fine if you don't want my business. I don't know why they wasted my time making an appointment in the first place. I'm now in the process of switching car shops. read more

Pleasant, professional and precise is how I would define the people at this shop. Work was done quickly and as I would expect it to be done. They have done several of our cars over the years, from deer damage on my wife's car to our daughter's mix up with a mailbox. Highly recommend this auto body shop. read more

OMG...this crew is AMAZING. Car broke down after hitting a pot hole on way to work at 4am (dark out)... Company had my car towed in while I was at work. TY...and as busy and backed up as they were...my car was fixed and repaired within a week and a half. Running good. Had a clean car inside and out. No more engine light pinging off and good to go. Super friendly and informative during the week. Told them I understand with the crazy life we are currently in...no rush. Super grateful and appreciative for all their hard work.
