It took this shop to swap everything over about 2-3 weeks give or take and it went smoothly. Jeff was always updating me how things were going on text, in which it kept my anxiety at bay. Once i got the truck back it looked like it came off the dealership floor because they cleaned it and went above and beyond and color matched my back and front bumper because why not it looks better and no extra cost because the bumper had to be replaced with a new one anyway. In the end i received back my truck and i can count on these guys to do a huge job in a timely manner. Thanks jeff for the help!

I leased my 2021 Ford Bronco at Castle Ford brand new…read more At the end of the last year, I took my 2021 Ford Bronco to Caliber Collision to have the top repaired under a claim from Geico after someone cut the top attempting to break in. Caliber was unable to fix it after determining it was too complicated and sent it to Castle Ford. Castle had it for at least two months while a new top was ordered and they figured out how to install it. The Bronco was then returned to Caliber Collision, where my friend picked it up for me as I was out of town on military orders. When I received the vehicle back, the clips on the passenger side of the top were broken, allowing a gap in the top (see pics attached). I called Caliber Collision who said they didn't notice it or inspect it when they picked it up from Castle and that I should take up the issue with Castle. I spoke with the service manager at Castle, who then stated they didn't notice the issue with the broken clips on the top and said should call Geico and take it up with them. Additionally , my Bronco was with Castle for well over two months and when I picked it up, it was in need of an oil change (service light was on) and also needed a recall. Castle Ford returned the vehicle to Caliber not only with a broken top (Ford knows about these issues and someone at the dealer or Caliber likely broke the top not knowing how to take it off properly) but also returned the vehicle in need of an oil change and a recall. This is absolutely unsatisfactory and I would not buy another vehicle at Castle Ford or repair my vehicle at Caliber Collision. Both parties passed the buck to each other and then Geico and left me with a Bronco with a broken top that I eventually took to another Ford Dealer who repaired the mess under warranty. STAY AWAY form Castle Ford and Caliber Collision, especially if you're a veteran as they do not respect their customers, their vehicles, or their quality of work. There was ZERO ownership of fault from either company.

This is probably the worst auto shop I have experienced. I only used them because I found them…read moreonline and something happened to the car I was driving in the area (the car was a friends). The first problem I had with them was when I called them to get an estimate and when the car was going to be done they told me the next week. So I said that would be fine. I call them the next week because I had not heard from them and they told me they haven't started on it because they needed permission from the owner. WHY DID THEY NOT CONTACT ME ABOUT THIS? They just let the car sit there. After they finally started working on it they said it would done the following week. The following week came and I had to call them for them to tell me the car was done. They were not going to contact me and just let the car sit there. When I came with my friend to pick up her car they said they only excepted cash or a money order which was also inconvenient. Overall, I am EXTREMELY disappointed and will never be using this place again.

Took car in to get estimate for Hail Damage for insurance. The owner came in nearly $800 over what…read moremy insurance was going to pay and expected me to pay the difference. Owner was condescending and rude pretty much from the start blaming the insurance companies for undercutting his prices and that they were trying to make a killing from all the claims coming in from the hail damage storm. In the end he still got $250 from me (insurance reimbursed) for doing the estimate. I don't ever recall being charged for estimates before and after the discussions with the owner it seems he is the one trying gouge people for more money. I told him my comp deductible is $100 and that is all I'll be paying. Luckily Caliber Collison works with insurance companies and has a better reputation. DO NOT GO HERE.

Gave vehicle back with an unrelated piece broken, tried to blame it on something else, didn't double check some things to see if they were working properly, blamed it on the technician. Tried to bill me for costs associated with the above incidents blaming everyone one else under the sun but themselves. Will never have work done there again.
