Kenny called me the minute he received my car to let me know that he had it and that if i had any questions please contact him. Kenny is the BEST he kept in contact with me and Mom at least twice a week. Even when my insurance was stalling he would do his best to help us out. Caliber Collision was great to work with. I was actually referred to them by my car dealership after an accident on the freeway. They kept me in the loop and I usually knew things even before my agent did. They delivered my car back to my house promptly and a whole lot cleaner than when I gave it to them. I have toddlers. Then there was Mark, the guy who delivered my car. He was so friendly and warm. They delivered it at night but he didn't rush me to really look at the car. Dropped off a vehicle that was hit in a parking lot, luckily for me the woman took responsibility so her insurance took care of all costs. I was able to choose a body shop and since this place is close and has a very reputable name they made the cut, the estimate time was a little longer than expected but I'm no expert so I let them do their job and they finished earlier than originally stated when I got the vehicle back it was like nothing ever happened, everything is as good as new! All through the process I was sent text messages letting me know it would be finished on time, that I could contact with any questions. I am conflicted! My Prius was 'tapped' on the rear bumper by an 18 wheeler on the 60 one night. We were directed to Caliber by AAA. They said they needed to replace the bumper cover. We got the car back and it looked great. Nice and clean, minimal overspray and very clean. Our handler, Max (not his real name) seemed to go out of his way to make sure we were happy and made sure we knew about the full lifetime wtty on all their work.-Great- a few weeks later I noticed the bumper seemed to be sagging a little. The wife didn't mind since we had a 'Lifetime Wtty' but I felt we should bring it back ASAP. So I did and spoke to Max again. He told me that my insurance coverage calls for all new parts but they had used a used bumper cover in the repair. They would order a new cover from Puente Hills Toyota and call me when it came in. Within a week they had it and it was repaired in a day.! A week later it was sagging again! Our new handler, Sara(not her real name, either) said 'Yea, they all do that' but she would order a new bracket and that should do it. When it came in she had it put on right away. Within a few minutes she brought round the car and tossed me the keys and said "your car is done" By by! I went out to get the car and the bumper was covered in dust and hand prints in the questioned area. Sara did not accompany me. Also, the bumper didn't seem to be fitting much better, and I could see the bracket they replaced. It was white and the old one was black, its a grey car, BTW. I went back in, already late for work, to try and find Sara to ask whats up. Once I got her she said that we must have bashed the bumper from below and broken the tabs and that was all they were going to do for us, oh, and the brackets come in black or white, no choice. This is when I got conflicted! I asked Sara if I could have the old bracket. She said, sure, just wait. I waited, and waited, and waited. Longer than they had it to put the new bracket on. Finally she came out with one, mine, I assume. At first I did't see any damage to it. She didn't show me, actually she was gone by now. So off I drove. With a saggy bumper. I have since looked at the bottom of the bumper where it presumably was hit and could not see any obvious damage. read more

My car is my baby so I had VERY high expectations on how they were going to leave her after I got into an accident. And let me tell you, they were met! There was not a lot of bodily damage. The left rear tire was really bent in, my alignment was completely off and to the left. I had suspension problems and even my blind spot monitor was broken. I read really great reviews on other collision body shops but I went ahead to a Mazda dealership (to get my deductible money's worth) and they recommended Caliber Collision. Will worked with us and did an amazing job. The entire staff was great to be around too. They did mess up on the text messages they sent for an update on your car. AMAZING!!! I would give them 10 Stars if possible I love this place my car had a dent on the driver side. The insurance sent me here to get it fixed so glad they did everyone was so friendly. It took 30 min no joke they took my car and while waiting on my paperwork they inspected the car, gave me my paperwork and I was done they even called enterprise to have them pick me up for my rental. My car bumper had a few scratches that really bugged me so I went to see Caliber Collisions (Formerly the old location of Haddicks Auto body) off Valley Blvd. One of Haddicks former staff members Suzanne who I had dealt with for years assisted me with the quoting process and it was quite efficient! Although it was a brand new system where she had to re-enter all my information again, I didn't mind it as there was a popcorn machine and a fridge stocked with coffee and soft drinks to keep me occupied! Suzanne took my information quickly and we went outside for a "walk around" inspecting my car marking the areas that needed attention. Suzanne gave me a price estimate and timeline on the spot and offered to drive me back to my residence which wasn't too far away. Later that day, she confirmed the price and work timeline of my car and when it would be ready through their convenient text service. The auto body work was done the very nice day and I was notified of it via text. Although I was busy for 2 days and had not picked up my car at Caliber Collisions, Suzanne was sweet enough to drop my car off at my office which wasn't too far away! Talk about service! By far the WORST place to do business with. I would never recommend! I was in an accident and had my car Towed to caliber on March 5th got it back 3 weeks later with a broken rear view mirror and head light that had "passed inspection" and was brand new not working. I had to constantly reach out to my person handling my account to get answers. I had the car towed TWO separate times after picking it up to keep having the light fixed and it kept being delivered back to me not repaired. They wasted my time and at the end of the day blamed it on my ins company. He said he would have the mirror fixed since they had tried to glue it together after it supposedly came lose and when I asked when they would fix it he said it was delivered broken but never communicated that with me so decided they weren't going to fix it anymore. WORST PLACE EVER! I had such a great experience with the caliber in riverside last time and was very disappointed with the caliber here in LA. read more
