So, I slept on it, went back, and was told I must not be seeing clearly since they could not see what I was asking them to look at. I called ahead and explained to the receptionist that my vehicle was not drivable. Despite knowing that, she instructed me to have it brought in and scheduled me for a 9:00 a.m. appointment. After going through the hassle and expense of arranging transportation for an undrivable vehicle, I arrived only to be immediately told, "Unfortunately, you'll have to wait another 2-3 weeks." If there was no availability to inspect or work on my vehicle, that should have been communicated before I was told to bring it in--not after I had already made the trip. The lack of communication and complete disregard for my time was incredibly frustrating. A simple phone call could have saved me the inconvenience, yet no one seemed to take responsibility for the mistake. I expected much better customer service and professionalism. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business.

I explained exactly what needed to be done, take it off, heat it up, repaint, recalibrate the safety system, put it back on. The employee gave me a whole nonsense explanation about an internal sensor, and new parts and blahditty blah. I'm too smart for that. When I received the estimate, all I could do was laugh, $6,871. In the interim, I called my dealer and asked if they would take a look at it. He confirmed my suggestion was exactly what was necessary. I took it in the following week, it was done in 3 days and was approximately $5,000 LESS than the estimate from CCW. When I say minor, I mean it was so minor, most people wouldn't have even fixed it, but we wanted to. I felt this was a situation where they either saw a woman and thought they'd try to capitalize, or, figured a sucker is born everyday and assumed they had one with me. Wrong. Either way, not great business and it's a shame because I know they do very nice work, they just lack in customer service, honesty and integrity. Sometimes the best price isn't the best option, but in this case, it absolutely was.
