I went to Caliber Collision for an estimate. I was on Hwy. 111 in Indian Wells with a construction lane merging from right to left. Stop and go traffic. The woman behind me accelerated instead of braking and hit the back of my car. I had scratches on my bumper and the SpareTire cover. I was not looking forward to the process of leaving my car and getting a rental. Enrique looked at my car for the estimate, drove my car back and did an incredible Buffing job. When he brought the car back up to the front there was no evidence of an accident. I was stunned....I did not know this was possible...I am sooooo happy and grateful to Caliber Collision for caring enough to buff the scratches out. I managed to run my Mercedes S Class over a parking barrier and pull off one front chrome strip; jar loose the others;crack and scrape the underside of the bumper and damage its connection to the fender. Frank Ciezenski, at Caliber, in Palm Desert, CA, expertly diagnosed the damage and the steps to fix my problem without having to replace the bumper or the fender, to replace the chrome; to remove the scrapes in the underside and to repaint. I had a small "fender bender". Contacted my insurance company and Caliber was recommended. An estimate was done and I was asked to bring the car in at 3 PM on Thursday afternoon. I was treated very professionally, given details as to what to expect. Caliber called Enterprise Rental and they brought a car over for me to drive. I didn't have to go to Enterprise and on return, I simply left the rental at Caliber and drove off in my own, newly repaired car. I was recently rear ended and took my car to Caliber Collision for repair through my insurance. Leanna calmed me down, explained the process, and got me on the schedule after my preliminary estimate. I was able to drop off my car a few days later and Enterprise picked me up at the shop. The repair process was much quicker than i expected and my car was ready for pick up at the end of the week. I was kept informed about the repairs throughout the process and any changes made along the way. Enterprise dropped me back of at the shop and my car was washed and waiting for me.  They even polished and removed a scuff mark that was completed unrelated to the repair. I took my truck to the shop. Frank helped me with Allstate insurance claim. Truck looked new after repair. shop buffed out scratches on the bed for free which was not part of claim. The whole front end looked bad from the accident. Truck was done ahead of schedule and kept me updated frequently so I was aware of repair status and completion date.
