USAA suggested that we use Caliber for an accident with the family minivan. The experience has been horrible and still ongoing. - First it took 10 days to get the estimate. - Then it took 3 weeks longer that the projected time. - The communication on progress was frequent (automated system) by was actually always wrong. - Then after 6 weeks in the shop when we picked up the car there was new scrape / damage on other area of the vehicle. - we found the workmanship shoddy. Bumper was loose, hood not aligned, used glue to put old pieces together rather than new parts. Been back in twice. - we have had electrical issues they deny are the result of he accident. Frustrating intermittent issue. - still waiting on parts to resolve glue Have that tow truck keep moving to some other shop!!! read more

I just had to give a positive review for Anthony and the receptionist (Anthony told me, but I forgot her name!). Anyway, when I dropped off my car it was not a pleasant day after dealing with a hit-and-run, however Anthony and the receptionist made me feel so comfortable and taken care of. They were both so kind. After that experience, I wanted to give a positive review, but then once I picked up my car Anthony knocked the service out-of-the-park again! Same thing totally happened again, except this time I was barely moving. Barely brushed the corner of my brother's car, one point of contactm while parking in my backyard and a bunch of paint rubbed off from my bumper onto his, no damage at all to his car and half gone from mine. The amount of paint that comes off the car is totally unjustified with the price. Definitely do not recommend and would not try this place again. read more

After writing my review the people at Classic Collision Center reached out to me to right the issues that I had experienced. I had a really good talk with them, and what impressed me was their willingness not only to say our bad, but also to right those wrongs. They also used my feedback as a training opportunity for everyone, so I think that they truly understand the importance of these reviews. My car is all fixed and looks better then ever thanks to their detailing it again. The speed at which they work is also greatly appreciated. I was fortunate enough to have a spare car sitting around (thank you friend who decided to travel the world and leave your car with me) so I wasn't worried about rental payments or anything, but knowing that they do fast work is a huge plus to me. The one thing that I have to ding them for is customer service transparency. The first time I dropped my car off he did the estimate and I never heard back from them till the car was ready. Same sort of situation this time around too. Dropped the car off, was told someone would call me on Monday, Tuesday rolled around and my car was ready. Not a huge deal, but I feel like when someone says we will call you should call. I am VERY happy with the speed and the work that they did. I'm considering taking it back in to have them give me an estimate for the front bumper, which after many years has taken some lickings from rocks. read more

I love this body shop. I brought my Volkswagen to this shop to repair a smashed rear bumper. It was seriously damaged, but the guys at Caliber Collision made it look brand new. The paint match is perfect, and you can't tell that it was ever damaged. The turn around time was two days. Tony Maldonado is the exceptional service agent who took care of my car. I felt completely confident leaving my car in his hands. He really cares about his clients. He kept me updated on my car's progress. He also went above and beyond to help me and to get my car back to me as quickly as possible. He even stayed late after his shift was over, so I could get my car back sooner. When I dropped my car off they handled all the insurance paperwork extremely quickly, provided me a ride to enterprise and provided me timeline for the labor which was accurate, realistic and reasonable. My car was done sooner than expected. 5 minutes after I arrived for my car all the paperwork was completed and my car was brought around. The man assisting me was named Anthony and he was very unprofessional. He did not assist me in any way and threatened to tow my car to the street, claiming he did not want to deal with me or the car. After my parked car was whacked by a really bad driver, who also had really, really bad insurance, I found Classic Collision Center. They really saved the day for me. Instead of being forced to deal with the other drivers insurance company, CCC did it for me. The adjuster, who wanted to come to my home and undercut the payment, instead had to deal with the knowledgeable staff at CCC. As a result my car was fixed and the full claim was paid. I couldn't have done that without their wisdom and professional assistance. Now - about the repairs. EXCELLENT! AMAZING! My car is 18 years old (and so is the paint) but somehow they brilliantly matched the paint and the car looks like new! They gave me a lifetime warranty the work. It was finished a full day before they had promised it, which saved me on the rental car, too. During the time the car was being fixed, they sent me these cute little text messages updating the status and telling me how happy my car was to be there. It turns out, they were right!
