After a ski trip we noticed that huge chunks of paint were chipping and falling off just below the back windshield of our blue Acura MDX, so we took it right away to Caliber Collision at 1095 E. Colorado Blvd. in Pasadena. Great choice on our part, as Nahum Martinez and the rest of his excellent team made the car look better than new! They spent three days cleaning, sanding, priming, and painting the rear end of the car and did a beautiful job. They even replaced the chrome logos on the back of the car instead of re-using the original ones which probably would have just fallen off from adhesive failure. When we went to pick up the car we found it freshly cleaned inside and out - it was obvious that all of the workers there really cared about doing a quality job. Our interactions with the delightful young lady at the reception desk, Nahum and all of the other workers also added to the quality of our experience with Caliber Collision. Although I would prefer not to need their services (who wants a mangled car), my husband and I would definitely use them again! read more

After my neighbor backed into my car accidentally these guys were total rock stars all the way around. Total pros, knew how to work with the insurance, and wasn't happy until I was satisfied. They went above and beyond making sure the paint not only covered the area of the collision but smoothed the whole area so that it was absolutely perfect. I was referred here by my insurance company after someone hit my car. They were very professional and make you copies of everything for you with provided folders. I appreciated that because I like having receipts of my expenses and car work. It took a week for them to fix my car (which is a good timeline) Once I got my car, I was highly satisfied with the outcome! They also matched the rest of the paint with some scratches I had which was really nice! My car looks brand new which I was happy about. On my way home, I realized that my car was also vacuumed! I thought it was excellent Service! This was my first time using caliber collision, and I would recommend it to everyone I know! Everyone who worked here seems like they genuinely enjoyed their job along with making it a great experience for the customer as well. Every Tuesday and Thursday I would receive phone call updating me on my car and when it would be ready which was great for helping me plan my week out! Along with these phone calls, I received updates with a text everyday! My car was done in about a week which is crazy considering how much damage was done to my car.
