I had a small collision a couple weeks ago but my bumper was dented on my small 2020fit and was looking around shops estimates and reviews. When I came across Caliber Collision I was drawn in by their reviews and I liked reading how interactive they are with their customers which made me feel at ease to go to them. After going in and being welcomed by the team I felt reassured my baby was in good hands. They worked with my insurance and they communicated clearly with me what they were going to do and were very kind and professional. I usually get stressed and anxious because I'm not savvy with cars and some places can make me feel really dumb when I seem unsure about details but not here. I had a great service the moment I went in and I actually felt comfortable waiting to be attended which was quick! I was helped by Nahum and he was so respectful and courteous. I felt comfortable asking questions because he makes you feel like I was talking to someone who just gets you and really wants to help you have a smooth process! They gave me updates on the status and I can't stress how happy I was was seeing my car like it was brand new again and how they treated me so well! I had my car repaired recently at Caliber Collision on Colorado Blvd in Padadena. The work was completed with great skills and expertise along with on a timely basis. My rating does stop here, as I was extremely satisfied with the repairs, BUT months later I noticed that the front bumper was ajar and I took it back to Caliber Collision and I explained to the manager, Nahum Martines, that I don't know what happened but the front bumper is ajar. He very graciously asked me to bring my car back and he wound have someone looked at It. I got ill shortly there after and could not take it back when he asked me to. To months later I went back, today and Nahum remembered me and took care of it at no cost. I took my car to Caliber Collision for repairs on the front bumper and grill of my BMW M3. Unfortunately, my experience was highly disappointing. The manager was helpful during the estimating process, but once I returned to pick up my car, it was evident that there was no quality control from the staff. During my inspection, I found that several parts of the grill were missing. The service technician had no idea which parts were missing, and I had to point them out to him. I left the car again, hoping for proper repairs. When I received a call to pick up my car for the second time, I still noticed visible parts missing. This raised serious concerns about the overall quality of the reassembly process and how many other parts were not installed properly. When someone hit our Honda Pilot with only 6k miles on it we were more than a little upset. We have been to other repair shops who kept our cars for months and when we got the vehicle back there was always something still wrong or noticeable, like the body panels not lining up, or a sloppy welding job.. That was not the case at Caliber, they were responsive and only had the car for a couple of weeks. I've spent a couple of weeks now driving and examining the car, and if I had not seen it originally damaged I would not be able to tell that it has been repaired. Unfortunately my car was involved in a hit and run incident recently. Wrecked my side door pretty bad, I brought it to back to this shop because they took well care of me last time I was here. They did an awesome job once again, Chris kept me up to date with everything going on with my car.
