i got rear ended about a month ago and was so excited to finally have my bumper fixed. i don't know the name of the woman at the front counter but she was incredibly nice and even remembered my name when i picked up my vehicle, which is awesome considering she'd only seen me once before. Greg helped me inspect the damage on my car and warned me because of prior damage, they might not be able to fix my bumper all the way but he would definitely try. i picked up my car today and they did an AWESOME job fixing my bumper. it's beautiful and i am so happy. it took me longer to pump gas than it took me to do everything to pick up my car. i appreciate the effort greg put into helping me with this situation and am extremely happy with my experience here. my car even seems cleaner than it was when i dropped it off, which probably isn't true, but i'll give them credit for it anyways. read more

I cannot say enough good things about this place. I was able to get a quote conveniently through email and they were patient enough to answer all my dumb questions. Once insurance was ready to pay, it was a no-brainer to go with Caliber. They did a great job keeping me up to date on the progress and everything was stupid-simple. Insurance, rental, and of course their work was all clearly communicated and I had no problem entrusting them with my vehicle. On the day I was scheduled to get the car back, I was told "sorry, but we found something that we don't like- it will be another day." Took my 2016 Volvo XC 90 to Caliber for some minor repairs. I was given an estimate of 5 days to repair. My vehicle was in this shop for 45 days and the repairs were not completed. The Manager (Chad) has horrible communication skills and non-existent customer service skills. He allowed my car to sit for 4 weeks with no work being performed because he was unaware of what work needed to be completed. Instead of taking ownership he blamed it on an employee that they terminated. I gave them numerous opportunities to make things right and they could not. They did not replace emblems on the car, my paint was bubbling, there were still scratches on my vehicle after they painted it, overspray on glass surfaces and just an overall Poor job. I would not advise anyone to take their car to this shop. I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone and will tell all I know about my experience. read more

Was very satisfied with the work done. They really went above and beyond. My car looks even better than it did before the hail storm. My only complaint was with scheduling. Because so many cars had hail damage, no one called me back for over a week after I'd had my car assessed and I needed to have the work done before getting married and moving out of town in a few weeks. I stopped by to get an estimate and I was very impressed with the quality of the customer service. I got a good feel for the place and they were prompt and professional in everything they did. Unfortunately Service King was about $50 less than the insurance company insisted on going there. This is also an anti endorsement for Service King. Spend the extra money and go to caliber. My experience with Service King was incredibly bad. They did not do the repairs properly and they don't have any real idea of how to do good customer service. They don't return calls promptly, and they don't seem to really care whether you're happy about it or not. To make it even worse, Service King inflated their charges by $800 during the repair process so that low estimate at the start really didn't make any difference at all. I really wish that I had been able to take my car to caliber and the next time I need something done, or if I need someone to finish the work that Service King has started, caliber will be my choice. read more

I took my car in for a small repair and had a terrible experience. Not only was my car finished after the original completion date, they called me to come pick up my car when it turned out not to be ready. When spoken to I felt disrespected and insignificant. I would strongly suggest finding another business for getting your car repaired. read more

I cannot put into words how awesome this place is! The receptionist was extremely polite and welcoming. Frank Gonzales assisted me with my vehicle. He was freaking amazing!! Frank was polite, kind, and knowledgeable about the work performed. Being a female going into any type of car shop can be intimidating because of the stigma of people taking advantage of women, but this was not the case at all. Caliber was able to take care of my vehicles damage with-in a week of dropping it off. There is an Enterprise rep onsite, so I was able to drop it off and get back to work in less than 30 minutes. Everyone was polite, friendly, and professional. My car was returned completely detailed and showroom ready. Ron called to keep me informed of the repairs and finished earlier than expected. This is my first experience with Caliber Collision ~ I have always had Nissans; therefore, always had any maintenance/repairs with Nissan directly. However, I decided to try Caliber Collision, *West Plano*, knowing they were preferred with My Insurance. I was very impressed from the very beginning, receiving a phone call and email notification, on the same day I filed my claim, from Caliber Collision confirming my drop off of my vehicle. Frank Gonzalez was my Service Advisor and from our first meeting, Frank provided excellent customer service, professionalism, and patience with me. Frank answered all my questions and after going through an accident, provided me the peace of mind that my car was in good hands. Frank always kept me up-to-date and I never had to wonder what the status was, as I always received daily updates! My experience with this Caliber Collision shop was excellent from the initial estimate which I received within hours when the website said it would take 24-48 hours, to picking up my beautifully repaired and sparkling clean car when it was promised. Frank Gonzalez was my service advisor and he was great. He was professional and took time to walk me through the process. I was kept informed about the progress of my repairs. In fact, Frank was out one day and one of his co-workers assumed the task of calling me to give me a progress update. That's the kind of teamwork that results in excellent customer service. Don't take your car here! They gave me one estimate on my first visit, and when I returned to pick up they car it was over $250 more. And the paint job clearly did not match. When I complained, the rep tried to convince me first that the paint DID match (I have eyes!) and then that no paint job is going to match because a car is made of different materials in different places. What?? Do I look stupid? And he told me he would give me a gift card or something for the $250. I insisted that they re-paint the car ( and pay for a rental), and it looks better the second time around. When I returned to pick it up, though, I asked about the $250, and the rep said that it was for wheels, which he forget to add to the original estimate. I reminded him that he did not have my approval for an additional amount, and it's their policy to get that approval, and he said he emailed me to let me know. (Funny, I never got that email that you said you sent to the first email address Or the first one you said you sent to another email address--- both variations of my actual email address.) I took my car and went straight home to dispute the charge through my credit card company. These people seem dishonest to me, and I will never use them again. read more

Brian Glen was my service advisor and from day One was on top of my repair. We had issues with the insurance company who was covering the repair of the motorist who hit me. Brian was diligent in calling to get the supplemental approved and keeping me updated on the progress. It took 5 weeks to get the supplemental approval which would have been longer if Brian and his management team not stayed involved and called and emailed daily to get the approval and checks. The repair process was updated along the way and the work is amazing. I could not be happier with the work this team did no my behalf. read more
