I didn't want to raise my premium and it was totally my fault and I thought it was relatively minor(I could still drive it), so didn't want to use insurance-- but 2 other places would only give an estimate for restoring to pre-accident condition that came out to 3x cost I was expecting! George's was the only place of 4 I got estimates that could immediately produce an estimate of a third of that cost by leaving out non-essentials to just make it safe (I don't care what it looks like!) they got it done a day early and were completely courteous, matter of fact, explained things clearly, answered all my questions, very pleasant to deal with. I wouldn't hesitate to go back!

The plastic cover under his car came loose with time and when my son called back to schedule an appointment the owner Steve was very rude and told him that he doesn't have time (for something that small). He hung up on my son twice. I am very very shocked. I guess some people only are nice when the repair is over a certain dollar amount. My son is 18 yrs old and works hard for his money. Sloppy poor quality work , ordered incorrect parts , wrong parts took a month to order base replacement parts and to top it off gave me back my 2024 F-350 with and 1/8 of sanding dust over my entire interior . When they removed my back seat for repairs they never put put my jack back so now I'm out of luck if I get a flat tire .You would be better off doing repairs yourself even if you didn't know what you were doing

He NEVER actually did a diagnostic and just fixed what I told him they said was wrong with the car. He says that he'll fix it but he doesn't know if it'll stop the engine noise. I was told that the diagnostic would gather the information needed to make a sound decision about the repair. It was a ripoff and I'll be reporting this business to everyone that I possibly can report it to. He should have never fixed my vehicle when he knew that my car still would not function properly after the repair.He's fixed an oil leak and still charged me $90 for an oil change as if he wasn't going to have to put oil back in the vehicle after the repair. He's suppose to be mechanic and be thorough. He took advantage and then got upset when I told him that the credit card charges are too much because he's going to write those off on his taxes. DO Not patronize this business if you want someone who's honest and ethical. He also never called me back after I called with concerns about all of this!
