The plastic cover under his car came loose with time and when my son called back to schedule an appointment the owner Steve was very rude and told him that he doesn't have time (for something that small). He hung up on my son twice. I am very very shocked. I guess some people only are nice when the repair is over a certain dollar amount. My son is 18 yrs old and works hard for his money. He was very hurt by this. Do better by our youth and your customers!

Rayvon at the front desk was always so professional and friendly. No sooner after I dropped my car off they started working with my insurance directly. They got all of the supplemental repairs approved with no issues and they even offered to help get me into a rental. The communication was great with them giving me updates along the way. And the cherry on top...
