I had a good experience with Caliber Collision. My car was hit while parked and the driver took off. This was the location I choose from my Geico insurance company's list. It was close to home and convenient. Todd Evans was the guy who helped me with the whole process and everything went smooth. He kept me up to date on when my car should be ready, what's done on it, and to be done within 10 days. I picked up my car fix in excellent condition looking fresh as if nothing ever happened in 9 days! Todd is knowledgeable, approachable, and provided excellent customer service. He provided a list of things done on the car with estimates and my deductible to pay when picking up car. The place is clean. The receptionist was kind, friendly, and provided excellent customer service. The staff did an amazing job fixing my car and I am very happy that my car is fixed. The place provides warranty on the parts and I have not had any issues. They make sure your car is good to go before sending you off with it. They even provide a car wash. I do feel like the service they provided exceeds other dealerships. I recommend this place for the future and if friends and family ever need to get their car fixed, this is the place to go! This place is AMAZING!!! After having a much horrible experience with Bertolucci's auto shop (terrible place). Nick and Thai made my car was fixed in a timely manner. Customer service at this shopis beyond AWESOME! The office kept me updated on the status of my vehicle so I didn't have to worry about calling to find out. Yesterday at 5:00 PM, I stopped at Caliber on Northgate Blvd. I needed to get an estimate for a loose bumper Will Argo immediately waited on me...took my information. Then he said he was going to take pictures so we went out and he started looking at my bumper. He said....I think I can fix it right now....he went and got a couple tools and worked on it and had it fixed in about 8 minutes. I asked ....how much and he said nothing. Caliber collision is a joke. The first time my husband took his truck in to repair, they did not seal the roof of his truck well. It rained the day after we got our truck back and well, the rain leaked through and got the inside and upholstery all wet. We took it back for them to fix what they messed up and they did a crappy job sealing it but it's fixed, I guess. My husband took his truck in, again, after another accident and now it's been in the shop for over a month and a half. They keep giving us inaccurate information and don't live up to their promises. It's been one thing after another. They will give us an estimated completion date but on the day of, something comes up. For example, one time they said the truck was almost ready and just needed to be painted and should be ready by the end of the week. Later on in the week, their technician damaged the glass and they told us it was going to take several more days to fix. After they gave us another date of completion, my husband texted the morning of and they said it was missing the tailgate and they'd have to order it and paint it etc so it would take several more days. This last date of completion they gave us, my husband called/texted the morning of the expected pick up date and now they are missing the tail lights. I understand if the parts are on backorder, etc, but that's not the case here. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. We expect our vehicle to be completed when promised and it's been over a month and a half already. read more

Got an estimate for a repair and didn't hear back for two weeks. After I sent an email inquiring about the status of the part order, I was told from the service advisor that he forgot to follow up with the dealer. He then said the part was no longer available and had to order from a secondary provider. He said the part was expected on Wednesday. Wednesday came and he emailed in the late morning to say the part isn't in yet. That was September 6, 2023 and it is now September 14, 2023. I haven't heard from him since. It is clear that Caliber doesn't value its customers. Time to find another location for my repair and one that cares enough to keep their customers informed. read more

TL;DR - don't do your business here if you value your time and expect them to perform on their promises. 1 - failed to be ready to perform estimate at time of appointment 2 - failed to communicate disruption in their schedule 3 - failed to maintain consistent story about the schedule disruption cause This review is not about actual body work results. I cannot comment on that as I have not experienced that part of the service. I value my time and my car more than to trust with it to people who's best effort and processes fail at the scheduling and estimation phase. Location claims to have no walk-ins policy, only scheduled appointments (that is fine, up to them how they take in customers), so I had scheduled an appointment, provided insurance info including claim # and my contact details. What is not fine is that when you sacrifice part of your breakfast or whatever else you could use your time productively for in the morning in order to arrive on time for your early morning estimate appointment you are told they will only be able to look at your car in a "moment" (which after clarification questions happens to be 20 minutes or so). Declared reason being that one of their colleagues called "out" and a person meant to be doing my estimate is busy with a walk-in client. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with such scheduling I was told that they are doing their best to accommodate all their customers. When asked about the mentioned early "walk-in" and "no walk-in policy" the receptionist lady reversed her story and denied mentioning a walk-in said that the customer is also per appointment. Eventually within rather 5 minutes another employee came out to me and informed started asking questions if I contacted StateFarm and if I told StateFarm that I will be coming to their location because StateFarm per her statement did not send policy information to them. Sorry, but that was first time I heard that I have to contact StateFarm and tell them anything. I provided my policy and claim information upon appointment scheduling and since CC claims to be "working" with StateFarm totally reasonably expected them to figure their business out amongst themselves. (Note: StateFarm is not my insurance - it is the at-fault party insurance company, collision incident happened months ago). I am not doing collision repair on my car 52 times a year. I have no idea what normal or abnormal processes are and who I should call when and tell what. They are doing their business daily and know what they need, from whom and when. So I expect them to at least tell me what I need to do that they cannot do themselves. It is their job if they want my business. But seems like our expectations do not match. read more

I walked into this location today for assistance with inserting my new roof molding. I always feel taken advantage of when going to repair shops but this was a completely different and positive experience. I was immediately greeted by Diana at the front desk. She was so kind and helpful. She then introduced me to Isaiah. I explained to him that the other repair shops I went to were trying to take advantage and overcharge me. He was super nice and understanding of the situation. He asked a couple guys from the shop to take a look and they were able to put the new molding on within 10 minutes. Excellent communication throughout the entire repair process. My car was broken into and my passenger side and back windows needed replacing in my Toyota Rav 4. They were knowledgeable about the insurance process and often times kept me more up to date on next steps in the claims process than my adjuster. Kat was always a friendly and knowledgeable person to speak with each time I called and Thomas made sure to walk me through everything the first day. I highly recommend using this shop. Even with delays out of their control (parts not available from manufacturer for weeks), they still kept me abreast of everything. I appreciate the communication. Nothing worse than begging someone to give you info on your own vehicle. No problem with that here. Will have other work done here is ever needed. read more

They had to do an enormous amount of body work and undercarriage replacement and repair and got it looking brand new. My car experienced a fair amount of damage on the passager rear wheel area while parked in a parking lot. The part that used to curve outward was completely smashed inward and some additional damage to the nearby rocker. Originally quoted to take 3 weeks to repair, I got it back in 1. The tech was able to put the curves back in, smooth it out, and match the paint. She looks beautiful! Caliber also has outside techs that help with other issues, like a dent that was on my hood. I took my car in for repairs to the back end. They initially estimated approximately 2 weeks for the repair. If you want communication on what's going on with your car, this is not the place to be. My representative Chris contacted me once at the very start with a 2 week estimate on time...this was almost a month ago. I was told after the first day that my parts were already in so it was just labor. I'm now being told that one of the parts ordered that came in a week ago (which I was initially told were all already here and received) is defective but they will either have to use the defective part or they will have to wait for a back ordered part leaving me without a car for additional time which they have no idea what amount of time it will be. I've only received updates a total of twice and I had to call to get any update at all and it's like pulling teeth out. The representative himself attepmted to tell me that I said it was ok the last time I called him which I know I didn't say. I also wasn't told that there were parts either not received or just received and wasn't informed more time was needed. read more

I went here to get my car fixed after I was in an accident. Amanda and Kat were the ones who I was in contact with throughout the process. They both were really informative and answered any question I had. Caliber collision and the workers who repaired my car did a really great job where my car was damaged. The car looks better than I remember before my accident. Their were two other guys when I picked up my car and they both were friendly and made sure I was satisfied with my car before I left.
