I have used Caliber Collision twice for repairs on my vehicle. My vehicle has custom flames on it and Caliber was able to match them exactly the same! Carlos is a great associate and he has great communication, and always willing to answer questions that I had. Carlos is always on top of thing's on letting me know the details on repair and also paint job. We had been having trouble with my insurance on painting the custom flames on this second claim I have with them but Carlos made it possible. I am very satisfied with the work they have been doing. Brought my Mustang here after hearing lots of bad things about every collision shop I considered. I live out by Randolph and they are a good 45 minutes away from me but had the best reviews I could trust. I came away very pleased. Geico is on site and Enterprise is next door so everything was very convenient for me and they all communicate. It took a little over a week and they texted me almost everyday. When I replied to texts they called me right back on the phone. They did a great job on my Mustang, but it was my wife who picked it up for me, and the next day, expecting the worst, I went over it as closely as possible and did find a few items my wife had missed that weren't absolutely perfect. Even though I am on the opposite side of town, they happily came out with two guys and took the time to leave everything just right. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE IN A WHILE! Orlando quickly gathered all the information regarding my vehicle the day i took it in to be looked at and i had almost zero wait time. My vehicle was not being repaired/paid through an insurance claim therefor I was fully prepared to take the expense of a rental on my own dime however Orlando had a rental ready to go with no charge for the days i used it. Orlando kept me updated on my vehicle status daily and never had me worried or wondering what was going on. My recent visit to Caliber Collision was only to get an estimate to repair the damage from tree branches falling onto the car and scraping the paint. I was expecting $$$$ to color match & repaint the side of my Lexus. The service agent, Manual came out to take a look at the scratches that were clearly visible and to my surprise said the scratches can be buffed out. Of course I wasn't convinced. Manuel asked me to bring it back on Wednesday and he would take care of it. I met with Manuel on Wednesday and 20 min later he said you're all ready to go. Scratches were completely gone & they even washed the car. I was amazed & so pleased. Manuel @ Caliber is a godsend and the cost ... zero. I would like to commend the staff at this location for their awesome service! My daughter's car was a hit & run (parked) as soon as I contacted insurance etc, went to drop it off here. As soon as I entered both receptionists greeted me, had the paper work ready to go. Mike (Geico rep) & Susan Dixon(Caliber rep) afterwards both introduced themselves & thoroughly went over all that was damaged. Susan, was efficient & diligent in each step. She constantly followed up with text, phone calls. Each time I contacted her, she quickly responded. The car was completed on the promise date. Don't know where to start- my truck was broken into and items were stolen while at the mall shopping. My drivers window , door handle and door were damaged all the glass was all over the inside of my truck. I was upset to say the least , but I took to Caliber Collision on 410 and Culebra. Mario Espinoza was the person assigned to my claim and was extremely help from the minute he greeted us. My neighbor Misty Gomez has worked with him before and I couldn't have been happier with my experience. Robert the Manager was the one that assisted me during the delivery as Mario was with another guest. I wish I could leave a 0 star review. My vehicle was hit in an accident last year on the driver side and since then my truck has had continued damage after they "repaired" my bumper, only to find my tire is being torn apart by my fender and my chasis. I look under my truck and my suspension is shot through the assembly. I have left multiple messages to contact Ben, who not only lied to my face, but falsified a report to my insurance stating that it was impossible that I drove my vehicle with a broken suspension even after I drove my truck to and from this shop in particular. Went by for some follow-up on our VW that was repaired a few weeks ago. Turns out the minor problem may have been caused from riding up on a parking lot median breaking a plastic connector and not from the actual repair failing. So the responsibility could be on us and not CC. However, my service advisor, Dariela, is going above and beyond and going to have the repair done at no additional charge. November 7, my cars windshield was vandalized, it was towed into caliber, apparently Mario reconized me and said not again. See if any thing goes wrong with our cars we go to caliber for any body works I trust them. We've been with Caliber since 2013 with my husband Rav4 and now with Sienna 2014. Somebody hit my car in the parking lot so I went to caliber collision fir an estimate. They were fast they printed the whole thing out for me. Im waiting for my money from income tax to get my car fixed but I like the way they were explaining everything to me.
