I am in collections due the incompetence of the employees at this location. It took about 4 times of taking my vehicle back and forth for them to do an appropriate job even then there are issues with the repairs but as a mom of 4, I gave up and settled for the crappy job. The final time that I took my vehicle back so that it could be properly repaired I did so because the employee that helped me said they would refund/cut my deductible. Months after the repair I received a bill from collections saying there was an outstanding balance. When I called the location the employee claimed he never promised that and the manager said it was actually against the law to do such thing. Of course, I was made to look as the crazy lady. They "detailed" my car as a tactic to try and get me to review or delete my previous bad yelp review. Out of courtesy, because these men's livelihoods depend on it, I took my review down but I shouldn't have done that. During the detail they broke several things in my vehicle but as I stated, I was tired and done from having to drive to and fro the repair shop. I was lied to constantly and was even sent home with structural pieces missing. And still I am in collections?! As a woman who knows nothing about cars I trusted them and took their word for it. My car since the "repairs" has needed other repairs that I was told by a mechanic where issues caused by the impact of when I was rear ended. I am assuming the proper inspection never even took place considering that they lied about the visible things. How could I even trust that they actually did a good job at properly inspecting my car. Looking back, I would not have given them a fourth chance to get it right. (I feel like an idiot for trusting them so many times.) I am writing this review as a heads up to make sure they've done the job properly or if you're considering this location, find another! read more

Dustin was very friendly and also professional. He listened carefully to my concerns and addressed each one. Caliber worked closely with the other party's insurance. When the work was approved, Dustin contacted me to set up a time to bring my car in for repair. When I arrived to drop off the car, Stephanie went above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of. Dustin communicated very well and even anticipated my concerns. Working with the other party's insurer, the even set up a rental. The work was done on time. Meanwhile, Dustin kept me updated. Incompetent doesnt even begin to describe them. Geico asked me to go to this shop to get my car photographed after a small accident. I went to the appointment only to get surprised a week an a half later by geico asking me to go since i "missed" my appointment, after a couple of phone calls caliber collision said i never went. So i go again to a second appointment. The guy promises me they will get it right this time. Low and behold i decided to call geico a day after my appointment and guess what? A car rear ended me in Oct! I was referred to Caliber by insurance company and had great service a few years before but not this time. Car was sent to caliber for back bumper and back door repairs. I got my car back in December, paint job was horrible, plastic still stuck on car, while driving back door made noise and wind was coming in. I contacted caliber talked to joe service adviser he apologized was really nice. A few days later they provided me with a rental and picked up my car via tow truck. About a week later I got my car back but realized my back window was replaced and my windshield has cracks. Again I contacted Joe, they were apologetic and said they would take care of my windshield. Caliber sent a window repair guy to my house who after inspecting my car advised me there's no way to repair windshield it will need to be replaced. Also After asking about my back window I was informed it broke when caliber replaced back door. now they want to replace my windshield with after market and my back window was also replaced with after market without my authorization... it's now January I still have cracks on my windshield and few chips on hood. This process has been a nightmare and I will never use or recommend Caliber Collision again! read more

Recently had a repair of a hole ripped in the tail-end of my 2021 Ford Mustang Mach E. Because it's fully electric, on which not all CC locations are equipped to work, rather than to the one closest to our home, we took it here (Valencia.) Because, the Mach E is so new, it can take longer to get parts, but we were able to get in and out in like a week and you'd never be able to tell it was ever damaged! I'm very critical, but Carlos, our service manager, took care of everything! This was a repair covered by auto insurance, so N/A on the value monetarily.
