We felt in the driver's seat the entire time and went in certain that what we were installing was going to be perfect. The work was done professionally, with both their experience and attention-to-detail evident in the quality of the built-on-site plenum, neat and thorough taping, attic installed catwalk with work lights, metal line set cover, neatly positioned electrical disconnect and whip, etc. It was clear they'd done this many, many times before.
