OH MY GOSH. I am so pleased with this check cashing place! I was late on my water bill and got a 3 day notice to quit on Monday, and it is currently Wednesday, and THEY ARE AMAZING. I was in and out of there by 10-15 minutes. AND APPROVED. I originally went in for a 250$ pay day loan not thinking I could get anymore. Automatically I was greeted and welcomed by the 3 friendliest employees at 1pm on 12/18/24. They told me about trying for approval for a loan with a higher amount, and I said yes! I didn't think I would get approved because my credit score is 560-580 and I let her know, and she said we could still try. I ended up getting approved for 480! Don't come here, I had all my documents ID. My manager answered her phone after hours I showed my offer letter and they couldn't understand what severance pay was, but that's your loss because I just went to Ace cashing. This place wanted me to come back tomorrow so they're lazy manager could verify the information herself which makes no sense is that not why you have workers? And then about three different people got their new customer as well. I hope they delete my Social Security card and all of that information as they offered me no services rendered read more

This was by far the worst experience in a check cashing establishment. The clerk at the window was completely ignoring us while on the phone on a personal call, not bothering to put call on hold to acknowledge or say just a moment and I will be right with you. And when my spouse who has worked in check cashing asked about use of debit card for money order she was combative and did not have the correct information for the service. Likely she just didn't want to work further as it was 40 minutes before closing. I cannot recommend this establishment, as this is not the first or second time dealing with bad service here. Worst customer experience I have ever had, handsdown. The lady who helped me kept asking so many questions. Questions that aren't even needed to cash a simple paycheck. She even requested to see all my pending transactions in my bank account and my transaction history. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody. Friendliest staff & best customer provided ever! Anything western union related etc they are super helpful and explain everything. Yes they get a lot of personal information but that's needed, even with regular banks. People who have problems with that are usually suspicious characters. This place seems shady they need way to much personal information. Instead of keeping it all in the computer they make copies and print them out and so called fax them to a manager to review , who knows where. The whole process makes you feel uneasy. I have gotten may loans before. But this is by far the most sketchiest. Let's hope all goes well. They also said that it was a paperless transaction but had quite a few pages printed with my personal information. They claim they shred it. Let's hope so, as added protection I put a freeze on my credit reports and all my credit cards. I will keep a close eye on my credit report, just to make sure. read more

This location is awesome! ALL the staff are super accommodating, and have time and time again fine out of their way to assist me - often times exceeding my expectations. They have been a life saver and an excellent source of knowledge and info. This location is never busy, as there has never been any line to wait in. Also, the lobby area is notably large, making it more comfortable and giving more privacy during financial transactions.
