While I was sitting in the chair, I asked for a second or in this case 5th opinion on another tooth. Each time I was told the tooth needed a root canal. In my humble opinion, it was not red or swollen especially after I put ozone on it. So i was looking for a dentist that would fill it instead. To my surprise Dr Mutch said it's not infected or swollen so he could fill the cavity. Needless to say, I took care of it that day! Finally I found a dentist that gives me peace of mind. He is honest, skilled, kind and everything was covered by insurance! I couldn't be happier...

I initially thought I just had a mild cold and would still be able to make my appointment. However, my symptoms worsened and my coughing became severe, making it impossible for me to undergo dental treatment. I left a voicemail about two days before my appointment to reschedule. I was then told it "didn't count" because it was left after business hours, and therefore I would still be charged under their "48 business hours" rule. This kind of rigid and technical interpretation is unreasonable and shows a lack of basic consideration for patients. I will not be returning and would not recommend this office.

During the COVID pandemic, I had to find a dentist who (1) lives closer to where I live and (2) accepts my dental insurance at the time. I was drawn to this office because Dr. Yang herself will clean your teeth (patients also have the alternative option to see a hygienist instead). [Parking]: Easy and free parking. Pro tip - there's a parking lot in the back (via Arcadia Ave) so no need to park in the front lot (via W Duarte Ave) because the front lot can actually be packed. [Service]: Very friendly staff. At the end of each service, patients fill out a postcard and the card serves as a reminder for the next appointment. [Process]: New patients typically takes about 15 minutes to fill out forms. Dr. Yang always do a great job on cleaning teeth and the overall routine teeth cleaning process usually takes less than 45 minutes. In addition, Dr. Yang also perform neck screening and inspect for possible swollen lymph nodes. She also doesn't overly pressure her patients and personally each visit was an efficient and straightforward experience. Expect a more traditional / old-school dentist visit so no TV screens on the ceiling to watch Netflix shows. [Conclusion]: This is a great dental office for anyone who's looking for a no-nonsense routine cleaning experience.
