On Friday 3/20/26 Dr. khanjian at the Glendale office he took out my 2 month old contact lens , ordered me new ones and ordered me glass frames in 1.5 hours, While seeing 6 clients. They showed the utmost professionalism and client care to me. He and his staff are amazing! read more

My father's eye doctor moved from his area so we had to find another one closer. After reading the reviews we decided to make an appointment with California Eye Center. From the time we walked in it was the most amazing experience. We were graciously and warmly greeted by the front desk. There was hardly a wait and we were called in by a young gentleman, Vahon. We have never been treated so kindly and hospitably by any medical business! Never have we been offered coffee. Vahon was very professional and knowledgeable and more than competent. He took very good care of my 91 year old father. Then came Dr. Paronian! She took the time to explain in detail and in a way that we could understand the test results and future treatments! She listened to our concerns and put us at ease. My father who is hard to please was so impressed with Calif Eye Center and is looking forward to his future visits! We LOVE all of them! read more

It was my first time going to see Dr. Khanjian and I wish I had gone sooner! As someone who's been wearing glasses pretty much her whole life it's hard to come across a genuine doctor. I was welcomed with open arms and Dr.Khanjian and his staff were amazing. He's very knowledgeable and cares for your well being. He had great recommendations and made sure all my questions were answered. Not only was he great but his team was just as helpful. Looking for a nice pair of glasses is hard and you always want to pick the right one. I'm glad Anoush was there to help as she was patient and understanding and knew all about the different frames and which were in style. My overall experience was great and would definitely recommend everyone to go see Dr.Khanjian and his team. I visited the Glendale location but there's also one in Van Nuys. With only 18 days after his surgery, his vision was at 20/15. Having difficulty with farsightedness I decided to book an appointment as well. I arrived 30 minutes early, was greeted very kindly and assisted immediately. I practically did not wait! Dr. Khanjian was without a doubt incredible, made me feel comfortable and pretty much kept me in the loop with the condition, per se, of my eyes! He explained everything related to my eye including the potential health risks we can all be made known of, through our eyes. They provided me with a one months worth of free contacts (they do that sometimes if they have it in the office) along with the solution. I left a happy customer! I came to see Doctor Khanjian as a first time patient and I have to say I loved my experience. From the moment I stepped in the office I felt the warm welcome..that I highly appreciate and most importantly makes you feel more comfortable being somewhere new. The initial testing with the optical staff was great, patient, and made me feel at ease the entire time. Now, Doctor's exam was very thorough. I had really bad discomfort for a few days with my eyes (seasonal allergies and increased computer time) and just ignored it until it got worse. I developed a fear in driving at night because I couldn't see clearly for a couple months. Finally a dr that explains everything to you, and makes sure you understand what is going on. He helped me so much and I really appreciated all the knowledge in eye care. I've never had an eye scan done before (not sure what it was called) and it was really cool seeing the anatomy of the eye in a way I never seen before. I'm feeling much better after his recommendations and loving my new contacts, no discomfort at all. I truly recommend this dr to everyone. Will definitely be letting my friends and fam know. Ps. My son, Nicholas, had a severe case of pink eye, a virus called EKC. I initially took him to Kaiser and their treatment and response in taking care of him were less than adequate. My elderly parents, who frequent California Eye Center, recommended Dr. Khanjian and Dr. Atanesyan. They looked after Nicholas with such care as if they were treating their own child. They asked that I bring him back every two days until he was fully healed. Nicholas not only had a virus but an abrasion that could have resulted in something more serious. They provided medication and solutions that I believe saved his eyes. I am extremely grateful for their care, and the attention and support they provided when I felt hopeless. Dr. Khanjian is the best! He is an expert in his field and I would highly recommend him to all my friends and family. I had an issue with my eye and no other Dr was able to identify the reason. Dr. Khanjian is the only Dr that was looking for the root cause instead of putting a bandaid and just telling me that it's a dry eye like all other doctors were. If you do a little research, you will see there are a lot of optometrists and ophthalmologists, particularly in Glendale, and it's very difficult deciding where to go and I'm sure they're all decent based on their online reviews. However, this office definitely stands out in a league of its own and you need to look no further. I personally wanted a newer generation eye doctor that was more up to date with today's technology and this place is it. (The office is very futuristic.)
