Went out with family. Space was casual. Food was good. I had ordered the ponzu poke bowl because the picture on the menu looked like it was loaded with fresh fish. When I got it though, it looked like they just sprinkled a little bit. There was a little mishap with our dishes, but the impeccable service corrected this. There was a piece of plastic found in mom's kale salad. Once we let the staff know, they immediately took her plate, remade it fresh and on top of that, let her choose 2 side dishes and even gave a $30 gift card!!! This made us extremely grateful and happy. They are very nice and understanding. I give this 5 stars because this place served good food, was able to correct their mistake, and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and happy. read more

This California Fish Grill is located in a strip mall with big parking lots. You order your meals at a kiosk, you can also order with the staff at the cashier. We dined in and they have plenty of tables. All the food were really good, it was way better than my expectation. I ordered through DoorDash and loved how well they packaged everything. The containers for the salad were nice with the dressings on the side. I liked that the shrimp was packaged on the side as well. The food was ready and delivered quite fast. I can't really speak too much on the ambience since this was a DoorDash order but I have been therein person before and they are very professional with their customers. I did like the salad but I was surprised that the shrimp was a bit spicy. It's not bad, it's actually really flavorful but it wasn't what I was looking for at the time since I'm not much of a spicy eater. I was a bit disappointed on the clam chowder. It was bland and had no flavor. I wanted to dip the delicious Parmesan bread in it but it was unsatisfying :( read more

I've ordered on the app and picked up a few times at this location and it's been great. The parking is sometimes a hassle so I try to be with another person to quickly jump off to pick up the order. Recently, I tried CFG twice. The first time, I had the dynamite shrimp bowl, which was a well-balanced choice. The texture of the shrimp was crispy on the outside, and chewy on the inside. I really liked the tortilla for the cajun shrimp taco, as it was thick and tasted healthier than the usual. The second time, I took the salmon/swai combo with diced zucchini and rosemary to-go. The swai was better than expected but rather wet and oily, especially compared to the salmon. The size of the salmon was also like 1/3 of the swai, but I thought the entire portion size was reasonable. Also, I enjoyed the catfish a lot more than I thought I would. The rice was a little on the harder/al-dente side. Customer service is friendly and prompt, and they have big kiosks at the cash register, where you can see pictures of the menu. It's definitely a healthier meal option than fast food. read more

Had free delivery so ordered food. The ordering process was easy, the delivery driver arrived on time. I can feel outside of the bad the food was hot and was excited. Then I opened the containers.... I ordered the Fish and Chips plate. The fish batter outside was over cooked and most of the fries were burned. I also ordered the Shrimp with fried Calamari and those were burned and ordered a Ceasar Salad and had to pay extra and they forgot to give me dressing.
