We went to go get our front windshield tinted and when I went to go check how the tint came out I noticed the speaker was hanging off I told him about it and he said oh its because your missing a clip saying it was already broken which was not the case we never had any issue with our speaker falling or or anything like that. He just stated that we get it fixed with glue or something he tried to put tape on it to fix it and it did not work. Also the tint looks horrible there is bubbles all around the whole windshield. Don't ever go here spend your money for some higher quality work.

Their prices are fair and service was same day, faster than i thought, they're awesome!!! She gave me the run down on the do's and don'ts until the tinting sets. They even put stickers on each door to remind the passengers to not roll down the windows. I'm very satisfied with their work. I waited a year to write this review to confirm the great quality! I am pleased with the service, flexibility and quality of the tint 1 year later. ZERO bubbles. They were accommodating, taught me some things about tint to protect it's longevity and were fairly priced! Tinted in December 2019.

Clear beautiful headlight after a good cleaning.

About a year and a half ago or so I got recommended here by a friend for window tint with martin, when I arrived him and his assistant were very friendly explained the diffrent percentages of tint to me and helped me to understand the percentage and explained everything to me on what to do and not to do after I got the tint, he also told me about all the other services he offers at his shop for example car alarms, car audio, and head lights. Today, I decided it was time to change the headlights of my car, i arrived and martin greeted me with a huge smile and he started to explain to me about the 2 diffrent lights he had available for my car and the quality of the lights, he told me each price of the lights and why they were that price, he also saw my headlights were dirty so offered to get someone to clean them at a great price and the turned out wonderful from what they were. I am very satisfied with his help and wonderful service he provides i recommend this place, you never feel unwelcomed you always feel welcomed and any questions you have he has the answer to. I am definitely going to keep coming back to him when needed.

This is my second time coming here, and both experiences have been exceptional. Today I got my windshield tinted, and it was done quickly, within an hour. I originally planned on 35%, but Martin took the time to show me examples of both 35% and 20%. After seeing them in person, I ended up loving the 20%. If he hadn't gone the extra mile to make sure I knew exactly what I was getting, I would've chosen 35% and likely wouldn't have been happy with it. Also worth mentioning, I brought my 2017 Honda here about seven years ago, and I've had zero issues since,no bubbles or peeling, and it still looks great. I will definitely continue coming here and recommending this place to my family and friends. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'm absolutely loving my windshield tint. The pricing is also amazing, other places quoted me $350, while Martin charged only $120 for the windshield. Thank you Martin! I love the way my car looks. read more

I brought my 2018 Tesla Model S here for ceramic tint and they did an awesome job. Martin handled everything himself , super professional, detail-oriented, and clearly knows his craft. The shop was clean, organized, and even had a nice incense scent with good music playing, which made the wait comfortable. I went with 5% tint in the back and 25% in the front, and it came out perfect, decent clean cuts, no bubbles, and the visibility is just right. The price was great too. There are seats to relax while you wait, plus a pull-up bar if you want to get a quick little workout in. They also sell aftermarket LED lights, alarms, and radios, so it's really a one-stop shop for car upgrades. Highly recommend this place if you want quality tint and great service. I do not repeat. Do not recommend this facility to anyone do not waste your time and your hard earned money. The quality of the tent that these guys do is extremely poor. They're just looking for as many cars as they can get in in a short period of time they are not patient with their work and their quality it's quantity or quality for these guys. All they do is gather in this facility and party. They are all under the influence. They cannot get it right I had to go back six times for them to fix my tent and they still could not get it right. You pay for what you get pay the extra money and go elsewhere. when I was there waiting for my windows to be retained because of their constant mistakes, there were other customers coming and complaining about their windows as well. It's low cost but cheap tent and poor professionalism. Thank you. read more

I've been here a few times already. Martin is the owner & provides outstanding service/hospitality. Super cool guy. Prices are fair and he gets things done at a reasonable time. Even more so when he is doing work alone. I asked what else he does and he told me he does tint, audio and accessories, like lights and spoilers. I've got my tint done here and recently came back to get a trunk spoiler put on. I highly recommend him. If you want affordable and honest service, come check out my dude Martin. Ps, His daughter is an AMAZING artist. There are a couple of paintings/drawings of hers that are there in case anyone wants to buy any. Requested a quote and this establishment was the first to reply, and was the most reasonable. They had our car ready in about two hours, the owner was super friendly and took his time to explain what he did and instructions for the next three days. He even put some "no operating" stickers on the power window buttons to prevent anyone from opening the windows during the drying process. Parking is a little challenging on Mondays because it's sweeper day. I'll defiantly go back if I need window tinting services. read more

Martin did a great job on my car. I love how my car looks with tinted windows. When I met Martin he was very nice and listened to what I had to say about my car. I originally went to his shop to get some new back speakers. He was knowledgeable, checked out my car and explained what type of speakers I should get and why. Because I liked his personality and how informative he was, I decided to have him do my back speakers (Alpine) and tint my windows. He also changed the lights inside my car to some white ones. I'm so glad he did that because they look a lot better than the yellow ones I had in there previously. When I contacted Martin to let him know I needed to take my car in, he was very efficient in responding to me via text. I will be taking my car back to him to get my front speakers done as well. Martin is the best!! I called 30 mins before closing and Martin got me in! I told him I wanted privacy and insisted on getting the limo tint on all 4 of my windows. He did an amazing job applying the tint and was satisfied! Later I realized I wanted a lighter tint on my front windows, so I called back 2days later and he was more than happy to fix my tint to make sure I left happy and satisfied. Hard pass on Isaac. I originally had him do my windshield in Rayno 35%. It was good and fine. So I…read moredecided to have him come back to retint the whole car because I wanted it darker. I went with 5% Rayno, and that's where it went wrong. Rayno offers 2 colors for tint so the 5% didn't match the one he used for the windshield, I wish I researched this but the 5% is brown and the windshield has a grey tone. He also sliced the rubber on the front fixed glass, he also didn't tint it all the way for the small front fixed glass. Personally for what I paid I'm not too far off from getting Xpel XR Plus. Yes I told him I'm disappointed and really it's a FYI but as a business owner he decided to just read my message and not reply. He clearly doesn't give a crap, he got my money and this review will not steer people away but I'm venting. I HAD tint and I was removing the glue and I told him I'm leaving the corners for him because I didn't want to cut the rubber and what do you know? He cuts and damages the rubber. I'm ordering replacement parts now for the damaged rubber seals to which the glass is attached to and will need to retint the car. So I'm going to be nearly $1000 down the hole for this ordeal. Didn't even make it to the One Stop Window Tint Shop- Couldn't get past the phone call. called the business, got hung up on, called back and an employee answered and said: One Stop Employee: "Hello?" Me: "Yes sir, I am looking for the auto tint shop?" One Stop Employee: "Yeah?" Me: "Is this the auto tint business?" One Stop Employee: "What do you need?!" Me: "Am I calling a business line? Is this the One Stop Auto Tint?" One Stop Employee: "What do you want?" ... At that point, I decided to take my business elsewhere. Called for a quote and was able to go in to get my car tinted 10 mins later. Speedy service! Martin informed me about California window tint regulations and gave me plenty of time to choose which % I wanted. The process took about 1.5 hours for 5 windows. He then gave me careful instructions on how to care for my windows for the next week and even added "do not lower window" stickers throughout the car to make sure my passengers (okay and me) remember to keep them up for the next 5 days. It was only $150 which is considerably lower than other places I had called. He was able to provide a service that saved me both time and money. Highly recommend! read more

I have been coming to One Stop for the past 2 years, staff here is very friendly. I have had the tint, radio and headlights all done on my project car by Martin and his staff. Waiting time is minimal. The atmosphere is relaxed and not one of those stuck up snotty places where everything has a huge mark up and no one cares what you want , they take the time to listen to you to find out what exactly it is that you want and then get it done, Martin stands behind his work and if there is ever an issue you can always take your car right back. I called in luckily the man was able to see me and next thing u know I'm getting my windows done. the ppl where very friendly and they were able to give me a quote over the phone which was a very reasonable price for tinting all windows. they took a little over an hour but I didn't even feel it. great job, great service, will be recommending this place from now on. read more

Prior to arriving to the shop i was quoted ridiculous prices for ceramic tint for my tesla model 3, i then found this spot and Martin was really cool from the start, he gave me a much better price, he made his recommendations on what tints to go with and the pros and cons as i was in between a 20 or 30, he definitely gave me better insight on my decision, and was completely satisfied with the outcome, the tint came out with no defects and looked really clean he even went out of the way to wash the car, i am coming here for future tints for sure. read more

Horrible customer service !!!! Went in on a Thursday said to come in on Friday at 9am car will be ready at 4pm. Showed up at 430 car was ready at 6 pm . Then I left Martin called me 10 minutes later to come back apparently he left his tools in the back seat !! Then Saturday I saw the poor job he did so I went back !! Don't pay for ceramic here they will install cheaper tint . Tested my tint personally, & it was not the ceramic tint that was purchased. The IRR readings at 52% indicate it's not full ceramic. Full ceramic will show readings at about 90%. Paid for ceramic tint and was given the cheaper material. Offered the guy to fix the problem but his response was to raise his voice and claim the tint was not his , Would not trust this business . read more
