They had me scan a QR code that led me straight to my inbox on my iPhone, where I was able to add an attachment to print the return label that got sent to me. Next thing you know they take an extra $14.01 out of my profit. I asked Mercari and they said it was due to my measurement and their measurement being 1 inch off. I know my measurement was correct because I measured it before I did the listing. I took a measuring tape and took all my dimensions. While doing some research, I read that this is a common thing that has happened to other people. There's nothing I can do about it now because it's in the past and I can't prove it. Next time I have a package shipped I will make sure they measure it in front of me instead of just dropping it off because of this incident. Usually they tell me to scan it myself, and I put it in the dropbox be careful doing this because the measurements they take might not be accurate.
