I got three estimates for repairing the front bumper on the passenger side of my Honda CRV. All…read morethree estimates had identical parts, part numbers, and hours of labor to do the repair. Same computer system for all three. Cost for parts and labor for the first estimate was inflated by about 30%. The markups for the second estimate were not as much, but still high. I read the reviews for Sergio Lewis Body Shop, had three personal recommendations, and the repair cost was much lower than the first two estimates. My bias is to work with local businesses whenever possible. Norma Jean was wonderful to work with and I will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Customer service and quality work are superior!
