We ordered via phone call which is ran by Ai. It told us to pick up curbside at 8:09pm and at 8:20pm we were still waiting curbside so I had to call and speak with a person. We got our order and were happy with it. Hubby's Hawaiian pizza was okay-no comparison to Baby Bros pizza on pine, but my bbq chicken salad w/extra bbq was delicious. And the Dr. Pepper is perfect!!! Most people now-a-days can't even get the syrup ratio in the fountain machine right. I want to give a 3 star for my hubby and having to call but I loved my salad and soda so they are getting 4...I will eat here again!

I love CPK!! This location was great and the service was amazing. I especially love dining at CPK with coworkers because they have really great lunch combos. And their portions are just right. I love their salads and basically all pizzas. They put a lot of basil on my Neapolitan burrata omg I loved it!! Such a good pizza!! I'll always be back!

The service was unfortunately very slow. We are in town for a conference and it took 45 minutes to get food even though we arrived before the lunch rush. The server was kind and the soup was yummy, but the 4 pizzas we ordered were cold and relatively hard by the time they arrived. One item wasn't delivered until we had all finished eating already. Maybe they weren't staff enough for a weekday lunch hour? But when you're across from a convention center having a large convention, that should be taken into consideration when staffing the restaurant when possible.

Are you an anime fan? Welcome to the 21st Anime Los Angeles show at the Long Beach convention center! Time for lunch? The food trucks were with long lines and we did not want to eat at the convention center cafe or settle for the $10 hot dog by the street vender, so I picked CPK which is about 3 min walk from the convention center for a nice sit down lunch. I had fond memories of its pasta and pizza and was looking forward to the treats again. It was busy with large crowds from the anime show; it's surreal and fun to see and dine with people in cosplay costumes on a non-Halloween day. We were seated in about 20 min. My friend ordered the salmon which he commented being slightly overcooked. I was adventurous for ordering the cheese-less vegan avocado pizza, it's very healthy but the veggie topping cooled the hot pizza and made it less appetizing, it's a no for the next time. I loved the pea barley soup and the breads with olive oil dip. Servers were friendly and welcoming.

This restaurant was amazing! Our food was so good. We got multiple pizzas, a salad, and pasta, and all were amazing! Our server was so kind, and we were greeted very kindly at the front! It was in the pike outlets, and was great place to eat if you'd ever shopping there. If we ever visit long brache again, we will eta here again!

Excellent Service from Ashton! Nicely located , close to the pike outlet and Cinemark. Everyone is friendly. Food is excellent!!! Looking forward to coming back here again

We visited California Pizza Kitchen in Long Beach for Saturday lunch around 1 p.m., and we were seated right away, which was great. We tried the Habanero Carnitas Pizza ($20.99), which turned out surprisingly good. The Avocado Club Egg Rolls ($15.29) were tasty, though the chicken inside was a little dry for my taste. The Salmon Piccata ($25.99) was excellent--the salmon was very tender, and the pasta was beautifully prepared. The Steakhouse Salad ($22.99) was refreshing and flavorful, and the Sedona Tortilla Soup ($8.49) and the Dakota Pea Soup were also good. Overall, the food quality and taste were not bad at all. The service was excellent! Our server was very friendly and thoughtful, and she even gave us a table next to the TV so we could enjoy the show while eating. The prices are fair, especially for the portion sizes and variety. We'll definitely visit again and try some other dishes next time!

I was there to pickup a to go order I placed thru the app. I walked in and no one was at the reception desk and I saw the to go orders sign in the back so I headed over there. I was the only customer waiting and there was a guy with AirPods in his ears cutting food but didn't look up at me or say someone will be with me momentary. No greeting at all. Finally a lady came out and retrieved my order. Food was good and packaged well. Wish the staff was a little more welcoming. My first visit to this location in Long Beach.

Look. If you HAVE to eat here, fine but if you can avoid it, do. The only pleasant thing about our afternoon was our seater/host. He was so nice, communicative, and friendly. *Our waiter basically came to our table like "what do you want." Like we were bothering him. *They were understaffed as there was a line out the door and tons of empty tables. *To help out my apathetic server, I went to the bar to ask for milk for my coffee, the bartender acted so bothered and gave me 1/2 a craft of milk. *The avocado eggs rolls tasted like char *The club pizza was somehow bland? *Also my coffee tasted burnt Overall, 1/10 only because our seater was awesome.

I didn't take any pics of the food because I was too hungry LOL! But great solid spot and better than the NY location. We got the magherita pie, the spinach artichoke dip and the sweet teas. Soooo good and hit the spot! Also very home-y interior and the sweetest server. Very attentive but didn't feel rushed. We did have to wait 30 mins to get seated but no big deal

Went to this CPK after our bike rise. The ambiance at this location is by the beach front. A couple of blocks away, so gave that feeling of a california energetic day. Greeted and seated. Wait time was 30 mins. Ordered a hawaiian pizza, salad with chilli and adult beverages. Received them all within 15 mins. All was fresh, no complaints. Server was ok, could of been better. Overall, this location is acceptable. You have to walk from the parking structure to this restaurant which is a couple of blocks away. That is the only inconvenient thing about this location, unless you get lucky finding parking on the street. Cool place, alot of tourist. Good energy and good food.

We parked at a garage at the City Place Shopping Center a block away that has free parking for the first two hours, so it's definitely worth it. There's also some street parking if you can find it, but keep it simple and park at the garage so you're not worrying about time. I've been told that they check parking at the Burger King next door, so don't park there. The 4th Horseman is located off of 4th St & Solana Ct. It's a 21 and over bar, so absolutely no kids allowed (completely heavenly to get away from screaming brats for a while). There's a small stage in front for when they have bands, trivia nights, comedy shows, movie nights, etc. There's bar seating and plenty of tables all throughout the joint, so if you don't readily find a spot to squat keep on walking and you'll find something. It's a full bar, so they have whatever's your poison. For food there's pizza (by the slice or full pies), calzone, salad, brussels sprouts, and sourdough knots. We kept it simple and had the Slasher Pizza (pepperoni) with a Basic Salad. We sat in the back past the bar, which is where they have a pool table and a bunch of arcades to kill some time. There's a self-serve water station, but if you need anything else just go to the bar and they'll be more than happy to help you out. The pizza and salad were pretty good! If you're more health-conscious, they have a lot of vegan options to choose from. If you don't care about that, the pizza slices are huge and have the perfect amount of grease while you're pounding drinks! Honestly, I'm a big fan of The 4th Horseman! Growing up a metalhead, the music and atmosphere are nice and cozy for me. The employees were all really nice, which is always a big plus when trying something new. My only regret was not grabbing some of their merch on my way out, but next time we make the trip I definitely will!

I also love their soda collection they have for any non-alcohol drinkers. Both times we have gone they have had different selections. We will be back for more trivia and different pizzas soon!

You want someone who is friendly and respectful. As we were there early, we grabbed one of the beer which they have quite a good selection on tap. There's also wine if you're not into beer. When it came time to grab some food, we were able to get a table inside. Majority of the breweries tends to serve pretty much the same things, pizza sandwiches and salads. No complaints here. Simple food goes a long way. There were a couple of us so we grabbed a few things to share. Started off with the pretzel balls with cheese dip and honey mustard and the chips with queso cheese dip. Pretzel was tasty and outdid the queso dip. Pizzas of course which were pretty big in sizes. A couple of the pizzas and a salad did four of us with leftovers. Their Hawaiian pizza was quite tasty and was finished. We also ordered one of the mushroom pizzas with an egg. It was tasty but a little on the salty side. The arugula salad was delicious. Simple but tasty. And then there was ham pizza I believe with onions and peppercini. That was also a favorite of the night. Overall, the place was quite fun. Not a big brewery and more intimate. The crowd was great and as most places are very kid and family friendly. There was couple of kids when we arrived. Service was great. Overall, it was solid--sauce had good flavor, cheese was decent, and the dough was nice. Nothing mind-blowing, but definitely a respectable slice. My only issue was the balance--there was a bit too much cheese for the crust, so even folding it New York-style, it didn't hold up well and kind of fell apart. A little more crisp on the bottom would've made a big difference. I also tried their Sicilian grandma-style focaccia pizza, and honestly, that was a huge letdown. It had this dusty, raw flour taste right away, was dry and spongy, and way overpowered with Parmesan. It just didn't come together at all--pretty disappointing, especially for the price. I've had frozen pizza that tasted better. Ended up just picking at the cheese to salvage something. On the plus side, the service was friendly and the space itself is chill--nice casual vibe with a few tables inside and outside to hang out. All in all, the regular slice was decent, but the focaccia pizza really missed the mark for me. Probably not a spot I'd go back to.
