Hey, how can you hate on an In-N-Out Burger? That would be blasphemy…read more I do love 'em; I generally only go when I get a gift card, though. I don't like the crowds, the noise, the lines, etc. Still, it's a freakin' great burger. This time I tried something new. I ordered my usual double double animal style, but this time with a whole grilled onion (actually, it's a whole slice, not chopped up). It was so good! Doing it from now on. Another new thing is I ordered the fries well done. It takes longer, but they also stay good much longer than the regular fries. I would especially recommend it if you're taking it home to eat; they'll probably still be pretty good by the time you get home. Job well done on the well-done fries! The staff is terrific, a bunch of fresh-faced kids who provide great customer service. It's crowded all the time, even during off-peak hours. Great burger, though. I'll be back; I still have a couple of gift cards to use up!

When I arrived to the food arrival area to get my meal, it was in a bag. I checked my receipt in my wallet (was busy washing hands, etc. before), it showed on receipt: "Take Out". The other employee that called my # grabbed my meal items in the bag and put it on the tray. If you don't know how to use the cashier properly, follow instructions, etc., please work somewhere else and seek a different job that's a better fit for you. Food was good, but the mistake Andrew David De made overall made it a bad dining experience. Sorry.

Love their sandwiches although I can only eat them once in a while now. (My go-to is a Fat Sal sandwich) The dining area is pretty spare and partially outside.

I **so badly wanted to love Fat Sal's**. The menu photos plastered all over the wall looked…read moreridiculously good--like the kind of food that makes you immediately forget about your diet. We ordered one of their highlighted sandwiches, the **Fat Sal**, loaded with thinly sliced ribeye steak, mozzarella sticks, onion rings, fries, brown gravy, mayo, and garlic hero bread. Doesn't that sound AMAZING?! Sadly... **NOT.** The problem is that everything gets thrown into the sandwich and essentially becomes one giant, greasy, saucy, soggy food situation. After a few bites, we found ourselves wishing they had just served the onion rings and fries **on the side**. You really couldn't taste the onion ring because everything was competing for attention in this carb-heavy group project. The **ribeye, though, deserves some credit**--well seasoned, cooked just right, and probably the most successful part of the whole sandwich. They were actually pretty busy during our late-night visit, and the staff were friendly. We got ours to go since the seating is basically a casual standing/bar setup along the sidewalk. So... **we tried it. We checked the box. We gave it a fair shot.** Unfortunately, Fat Sal's and our taste buds have decided to go their separate ways. Not terrible, just not our thing. Sometimes a sandwich can have **too much of a good thing--and apparently mozzarella sticks + fries + onion rings + gravy + mayo + steak all fighting for the same bread is one of those times.** **Thanks for trying, Fat Sal's. We can officially say we've been there. **

I think an order should be at least 4. 6/10 Korean Fried Chicken: not crispy at all. Overly sauced which made them soggy. Good sweet & spicy flavor. 7/10 Bulgolgi rice bowl: good size portion, decent amount of meat. The bulgolgi was a bit dry, but good flavor. I ended up pouring my pickle juice and dumpling dip on the bowl. 7/10 Overall rating is 7/10. The place was empty, I have a feeling they do most of their business either delivery or to go. Would I go back? Sure. Not high on my priority list, but I would like to try the spicy chicken bowl. Bonus: bowls are a good size portion for the price. Bogus: only two dumplings per order is weak. I would like to see some kind of noodle on the menu as an option for a base.

The Spicy Chicken ($11.50) boasts 24-hour sautéed Gochujang marinated chicken, complemented by house-made cucumber pickles, bok choy, cabbage, bell peppers, and diced onions, all topped with roasted sesame seeds and green onions. It really hit the spot for a late lunch with a friend and filled me up. Skip the long lines at the place a few doors down and come here instead. It's mainly a take-out spot with limited seating, but there is a bathroom for customers. Come check out this spot for lunch if you work or live nearby.
