Company I work for had them repair axle that had outer bearing seize on the axle causing the wheel…read moreand hub to come off,they repaired the axle by grinding on the axle which you absolutely don't do look at pictures that resulted in having to replace axle end,hub and bearings had to use a 3/4 inch impact gun just to remove outer/inner axle nuts,obviously means the bearing pre load wasn't set they do sub par repair work,I wouldn't recommend using them for truck/trailer repair.I posted pictures of their sub par work,you decide if this is quality work.we got are $$$ money back now they should be charged in cost of axle repaired correctly by axle surgeon with him replacing the axle end.

At the time of sale, Big Tex staff knew I was operating commercially and for hire, yet did not clearly explain what derating the trailer would mean in practical terms -- specifically how much it would severely limit usable payload, despite the trailer being physically capable of more. As a business owner, I relied on the dealership's expertise to explain the implications of the product they were selling. After realizing the impact this has had on my operations, I reached out multiple times by email seeking guidance or a solution. I was eventually told the trailer could not be re-rated, leaving me stuck with equipment that does not meet my business needs -- something that could have been avoided with full transparency at the time of purchase. I'm not accusing Big Tex of doing anything illegal, but I do believe they failed to properly inform a commercial customer about the real-world consequences of buying a derated trailer. This has caused unnecessary financial and operational hardship for my business. I strongly recommend that other business owners ask very detailed questions and get everything in writing before purchasing a derated trailer from this location.

Unfortunately, the truck broke down early on our return trip 20 miles south of Banning, CA. An AAA contracted tow truck brought us to the best pickup truck service center they knew of. Happily, Terry and the friendly and knowledgeable crew at Truck Works in Banning tore into the truck's engine and eventually discovered the problem and repaired it. The problem turned out to be a failed wiring harness on the engine that was causing all sorts of crazy things, like racing of the engine, wouldn't shut off, and more. We were over it so after a quick Google search my hubby found Terry and his crew. From the minute we brought our mess to Truck Works it was nothing but honesty, and hard work. We are here more than we would like to admit, but that is because we have one of those trucks that once you fix a problem, another one pops up. They have fixed many problems on our truck. Some small and easy, some complicated and expensive. No matter big or small, the problem always gets fixed... the right way. We are very happy with the service here, everyone is so friendly and accommodating. The only reason why its 4 and not 5 stars is because most of the time they are so busy, it takes a while before we get our truck back. But that just means strategic planning on our part.
