This place has delivered a great product twice! I originally went here and got tires rims and a leveling kit installed on my Toyota tundra early in 2024 and they did an excellent job. We decided to do 35" tires with 17" rims and they promised no undercarriage rubbing. What they had to do which they did a clean job of was tuck in the felt and secured it. Super stoked with how the truck looked and road. Now in September of 2024 the rear passenger tire got a puncture in it while driving and I called America's tires they didn't want to repair and said I needed to replace the tire. I called Koritas tires and spoke to Julio and I couldn't even get there in time before they closed and yet he offered to keep The doors open for me to fix the tire. Truly honored his warranty and does fantastic customer service and work. If you took the time to read this then you need to come here. The service was outstanding, they didn't have my tire on hand and gave me a loner so I wasn't driving around on a donut. He ordered my same brand so all my tires would match. Intentionally, I went to a different location that was trying to overcharge me by $150.00 ($350 is ridiculous)..but I left in a hurry, and then was referred here by a friend. This shop is a rip off. I dropped off two spindles and 4 new ball joints to have the 4 ball joints removed and replaced. I arrived to pick up and was informed that the bill was $300. As a previous mechanic I know that this job should have maybe taken an hour at most. $300 is highway robbery and I can only assume this is how they charge others. I brought my truck in this morning to get a wheel balance. first of all the people behind the counter were super cool, really respectful and nice. The technician that worked on my tires brought things to my attention. He just wasn't there to balance my tires.he showed me what was wrong. he showed me the numbers I'm on the freeway right now and my truck is running just the best it's ever ran because of this balance I went to two other shops and they could not do this. I wouldn't even consider using anyone else for tires. They are not only fast. Their prices are very good. But let me add some thing. A few days ago we had them replace the muffler and tailpipe on my jeep Wrangler. Not only did they do a fast efficient job but the pricing was very reasonable. My motor blew up and destroyed one of the cats on my truck. After getting the motor rebuilt I took it to koritas for a new cat. They changed it out, after about one week the same terrible rattle from the cat started happening again. I went back to koritas and they stated it was my motor and that I needed to rebuild it (again). Went to three other mechanics and confirmed with all of them it was the replaced cat. Went back and after some convincing they finally put a new cat on. They wanted me to pay ANOTHER $1200 instead of doing a warranty job. They made me contact the company to get the warranty number. Finally they put a new cat on weeks later. About a week after that the cat yet again is making the noise. I didn't even go back to them after this. A family member needed a cat too and had them replace his with the same one. He went and got two put on at koritas before finally going a different path and now his is fine. Mine still makes the rattle but I don't even want to deal with them again after this. I never looked at the cat but I wouldn't be shocked if they never even changed it the second time and just said they did. read more

I am so thankful for this place. After getting a flat tire I had originally gone somewhere else due to it being closer to me. That first place told me I need a new wheel and tire and that my wheel is unrepairable. They were giving me the run around and were trying to charge me $650 and something didn't feel right. So I told them I was going to take my business elsewhere. I ended up taking my car to Koritas tires and they were so helpful, said I didn't need a new wheel I just need a new tire and for the rim to be smoothed out. Do not come here for anything other than tires, I went for a break and rotor replacement. They ended up telling me I needed to replace my control arms as well. $2000 later and my brakes have never been squeakier, my car constantly grinds worse than before I took it there and I am $2000 in debt.
