Today, the substitute through GetClean - her name is Natalia - decided to skip reading my preferences and used bleach to clean my bathroom. Thankfully, I take my cats to a neighbors house while cleaning is happening so I was able to catch this when we returned before the cats got in the bathroom. I am now cleaning my bathroom AGAIN and airing out the house. In addition to having cats, I have breathing issues - hence the reason I ALWAYS have requested GREEN CLEANING. Will not be rebooking. It's totally unacceptable to ignore these preferences and put people and animals at risk. Find another company to book through.

The entire apartment was spotlessly cleaned in a matter of about 2 hours, giving us time for crucial adjustments before the new tenants took possession. Had a straightforward job for a move-out clean that needed to be done. I'm less than a week out and now trying to find someone else to do it while I'm back home. I've never had cleaners ask for a deposit before. Was hoping to leave a glowing review with before and after photos to help grow their Yelp like I do with other vendors but now am stuck finding another cleaner. Can't speak to the quality of their work but if you're worried about paying money up front when many vendors are late or no-show not a company for you. I'm always happy to pay when people show up. She has been an absolute lifesaver, and it has made such a difference having her help with keeping my house clean. I travel frequently, spending about half the year outside of Illinois, and it is such a weight off of my shoulders to know that I never come home and worry about what state it will be in. I also struggle with ADHD, which makes creating and sticking with habits very difficult, and I have had the privilege of developing a routine to keep my stuff in order with biweekly services with her team. Girly works with my schedule and I never come back from being out of state to a home I'm miserable to be in. As for the value?
