CFM provided full packing services on a Wednesday, and on Thursday they loaded everything onto two trucks, drove to my new home, then unloaded and set everything up (in one day!). It was a complex move. We were coming from a very full townhouse - lots of breakables, a couple pieces of furniture that required significant disassembly, a piano that had to go around a tight corner and down a flight of stairs. Everything was packed and loaded with extreme care. When we arrived at the new house, the team went to great lengths to place everything just where we wanted it, assembling all items and cleaning up nicely. Through it all, every member of the team showed a very high level of professionalism, compassion, kindness, and respect, both for my belongings and for my family members. Working with owner Richard before and during the move was also excellent. He walked me carefully through my moving options, and provided detailed quotes based on a couple different scenarios I'd asked him about. The price he quoted was in line with quotes I received from other local movers, but I went with CFM specifically because of the confidence I got speaking directly with Richard. When moving day arrived, there were no surprises: everyone was on time, the team was the size I expected, and the price was exactly what I was quoted.
