I love coming here for their dog wash station. They provide everything! Ramps for your dog to get into the tub, shampoo, conditioner, brushes, squeegees, towels and a blow dryer. There are two stations and I've never ran into not having one available. If you use their dog wash station the best bang for your buck is the $50 wash dog card. It's a $75 value and you get 5 washes. It knocks $5 off per wash if you do it that way. Employees have always been helpful and smiling. They assisted my husband and I with what type of dog food to switch to since our girl is now 8. They also have a selection of medications? Harnesses, toys, frozen foods, etc. all the things you'd see at a huge store. read more

Chris the store manager have the worst customer service ever. I have been coming to pet station for years and this is the first time i have encountered such a horrible service. No compassion very rude. Will talk over you and will not listen. He even showed me hostory of my purchases that he didn't even bother to read. I have been paying a lot of money with the product that ive been purchasing and have been nice with people that i emcounter everytime i come here. I would not recommend you to come to this location. The best part of Pet Station is the dog wash! For $15.00 you have access to their wash area complete with shampoo, conditioner (on the sprayer) water, combs, brushes, an air dryer (on the hose) aprons for the humans, and dry towels. There are multiple scents of shampoo's on the sprayer and with a raised wash station you can give your back a rest too. All and all this is a great deal. read more

The lady who worked there was so helpful, and welcoming. She greeted us and helped us get started. It was our first time using the self bathing stations and they were incredible! They have everything you need, and even treats for the pups while bathing. It was great, and I definitely plan to make more trips to Sparks so I can take my pups again. read more

Extremely poor service. How poor? This location is mere minutes from my house, but I go to the Pet Station by Smith's and Reed HS. The DIY dog bath area is rarely cleaned after use. The other location is absolutely on top of it. The manager kept making excuses for the poor service and lack of cleaning. read more

Very nice, clean, well organized store. Everyone working here is very friendly plus the prices -- at least for what we buy -- are better here than at the big pet stores. There are also items you can buy that "stack" over time, such as once you've bought X bags of a particular dog food, you get one free. The U-wash card you can buy, 5 washes for $50, saves you $5 a wash. Lots of great perks here! read more

Came in to check out this business and hopefully find my dog something new to try. My dog is a toy Australian Shepherd who likes to have variety. She is such a smart and wonderful dog I try to get things she will like. This is a small pet store with ample parking at the Eagle Landing shopping center. There are several restaurants located in the shopping center with this very quaint Pet supply shop. The store has a variety of items. Since I know my 12 year old dog does not like dry dog food I asked the clerk whose name was Pieter (a South African name he said) what he would recommend for a picky eater. He asked a lot of questions about my dogs likes and dislikes her age and whether or not she was healthy. Then after we talked I decided to try the frozen raw food. He suggested that I make small ziplock bags with the amount for my dog after I feed her breakfast and stick it in the fridge as it would defrost in time for dinner. He also said as it was raw that I should clean her bowl after both of her daily meals. Pieter was super friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He also told me that if my dog did not like the dog food I could bring it back and get a refund. He said I would have to give it a least three feedings to know weather or not she liked it. I love this little pet store! They have a decent variety of goods and several items that I previously had to purchase online (like specialty items for problematic dog ears, etc). They allow you to bring your dog with you on a leash. My dog LOVES shopping. ;) They also have some clinic days and/or grooming services as well as a self-service dog wash. I have seen signs in the past, but I do not know all of the details. It would be worth a call if that is something you need. Pet Station is conveniently (at least for me...lol) located in the shopping center at the corner of Pyramid Highway and Eagle Canyon (in the same shopping center as Walgreens, near Little Caesars and Subway). They are extremely friendly and provide great customer service. It's nice to explore their store in a more peaceful setting than most pet stores. They also have a program where they text you special offers and coupons, so be sure to ask about that while you are there. read more

This is the absolute best pet store I have been to in Reno/ Sparks. I have spent time in many!! I have 6 dogs that are quite spoiled and have many different needs. I have been frequenting this store for a couple years now. Has always been good experience. Extra compliments to Cheyenne whom started working at this store few months ago. She raised level of service from good to excellent!! This young lady is very knowledgeable about products this business sells. The first employee to know my name when I enter right after meeting her. !! I go to the store almost everyday to buy treats. Cheyenne has given great info on vitamins, healthy treats, dog harnesses ( for escape artist dog) and she has even harnessed my dog for trial run with device ( complete success) I buy items I had never thought to purchase before. I frequent this pet store several times a week bc I have a few fur babies that are a bit spoiled. All the employees are great. Katie is absolutely amazing !! She puts my dogs favorite treats aside each day for me to run in and grab. My dogs love the pizzle sticks yet they are fussy about the size and texture. ( have to be flat and dried out a bit.
