Call The Bee - Exemplary Service and Workmanship On the very same day that I called Call The Bee and spoke to Amber to request an estimate for a new Heating and Air Conditioning system, I was visited by their salesman, Joe P. He listened, we heard and 45 minutes after that meeting, we had our price and service guarantees. Their price was comparable to the two other estimates that we received but the difference was that The Bee(Call The Bee), stayed courteously but consistently in touch with us as we waited (weeks) for the other estimates. I make this point because the company was not aggressively chasing my business but professionally making sure that I had no questions while keeping themselves in my radar. Because of the summer timing, The Bee was able to start my project the following day that I gave them the job. Two days later, the job was completed. Joe P., the sales manager, made sure that Tom, the lead technician, knew exactly what I wanted when he arrived. My house was built in the 1850's and we didn't want unsightly covers running up the side of our house, so it required creative solutions, and floor mounted units for our ductless system. Declan and Clayton joined Tom on the first day and Joseph, Josh and Justin finished the project on the second day. Call The Bee sent me photographs and histories of each technician visiting my house before they arrived. Loved that! Each of these guys was personable, professional and extremely competent at their job. What a refreshing experience to have a company hit all the buttons that we would want when investing over $20K on a home project. The clean-up each day was thorough. After the project was completed, Mike called me twice so that he could provide our town, as well as the manufacturers, with all the required information that was required for my rebates (worth over $2K to us). So good not to have to bother with any of that. Amber followed up one more time to satisfy my town's building permit for the installation. In such a competitive environment, this company is giving a service that provides the homeowner with expert salesmanship, timely service with excellent workmanship, and awesome back-office support. I manage eight small rental units. They are older units, so often the problems involving plumbing and heating are not straightforward or easy to identify.
