This company was notified by my home warranty company for an older water heater repair/diagnosis. They came out on time to diagnose the problem and came back out to replace our hot water heater that was beyond repair. They were prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly. We had an issue come up and contacted them through our service warranty company. Michelle in the front office was terrific and actually scheduled Billy to come on Saturday with us paying our home warranty service rate, no extra or emergency after hours costs, as she said they don't usually work Saturday's. Billy showed up right at 2 pm (2-6 window) and got the issue fixed. He was patient respectful and made sure all of our questions were answered. He even shared the photos of the affected area so we could forward to our home restoration team (yes we did sustain some major damage on this leak) we did refer them to our neighbors and we will definitely use them for future needs. Their attitude is "if you don't like our work go ahead and complain to the Registrar of Contractors." I have a rental property with a home warranty. The hot water tank failed Call US plumbing was assigned through my home warranty. The tank was leaking however because of the home warranty they had to order the tank. I called and spoke with Michelle at Call Us Plumbing and she personally went to their warehouse and found the right tank so that they could complete the job. I worked with my home warranty to get this all approved. Without Michelle's help my tenants would have been without hot water for a couple of weeks. She is amazing and represents her company as If she were the owner. Just recently they replaced the garbage disposal too. I cannot say enough how much I appreciate Michelle and Call US Plumbing. What a useless business. They were notified of my leaking water heater in mid-afternoon. They never returned my calls for 40 hours. No response to 3 phone calls, an email. Then 48 hrs. later their voicemail says they will only be open for half a day on a Friday. Meanwhile water spills out in my garage. I scheduled a plumber to come to my residence through OneGuard and was referred to Call Us Plumbing. The initial scheduling with Mike was pleasant and accommodating. The following day (Sunday) I receive a confirmation text stating someone will be out between 10-2 vs 8-12 as discussed originally. Unfortunately I called to reschedule last minute due to unplanned needs at work and I couldn't have inconvenienced Mike anymore. My need to reschedule "blew a hole in his schedule". When I inquired about a date that worked better for me and my family/work all he was concerned with was the "hole" that I had blown in his schedule and not rescheduling my service. Without hesitation he agreed that I go with someone else's services since I was such an inconvenience needing to reschedule. I suggest you Don't call them... Fidelity insurance contracted this company to handle my service request. I called them to schedule an appointment and I let the man on the telephone know I was in a rush and just called them immediately instead of waiting for his company to get in touch with us (leaking water heater). He tells me "Well good for you!" I said oh so the reviews about you are true, you are nasty on the phone, never mind I will call fidelity and have your service order removed. I always get a kick reading reviews on companies I hire for a job before I hire them. I always see 1 stars for the same reason. I guess some people expect to get their asses kissed. Not me. I expect a job done correctly the first time and to try and spend as little money as possible. I got just that with call us plumbing. I had a water heater line EXPLODE in my garage shooting a pressurized stream of scolding hot water into my laundry room. It was a mess. I'm not a plumber and I do not know much about water heaters in general except what people tell me. I shut off the water to my house to kill the stream and call my warranty company which is Oneguard. Literally as soon as I hang.up the phone I get a call from Mike(owner) to schedule. This was on thanksgiving weekend mind you. His techs were already on calls and since that was the case he came out himself to do the work. Was he direct? Absolutely. Was he proffesional? Absolutely. Did he pull any punches? No. Because of his candor instead of buying a new water heater, lines, and re plumbing everything he simply replaced a hose and I paid for 30 minutes of labor and the cost of material. No crazy off hours charges or upselling whatsoever. I simply paid for the job that was necessary. No more, no less. I came on here to get his number to call him again and it didnt sit right with me that he was getting 1 star reviews because he wasnt kissing people's asses. This guy is TOP NOTCH and I would recommend him to anyone with plumbing needs. Dont let other people fool you. I have used other companies before and it usually is the same old story, upsell, reccomend crap that isn't needed and do a half assed job. But they kiss your ass in the process so you dont realize you are being taken for a fool. This guy is the exact opposite. This is the guy you want. Not a used car salesman, but a plumber. I received great service from Call Us Plumbing. Today I discovered that my hot water heater was leaking and I filed a claim with my home warranty, One Guard. I heard from Call Us very quickly and the person in the office said that that the owner, Josh, would come out as soon as possible. Within a couple of hours he came by and determined that the water heater needed to be replaced. He was very friendly and helpful. I had some questions about tankless water heaters and he was very knowledgeable on that topic too. He promptly submitted his report to One Guard, and they approved my claim later the same day. read more

My home warranty company had previously sent out Pruitt's to look into my main line, which was backing up. The tech took the cap off the line, looked down, and said there didn't appear to be an issue. $69 for not a single thing done. When the line backed up this time, I specifically requested ANYONE but Pruitt's come out to check the line. I was informed Call-Us Plumbing would be assigned the job, and I was pleased with the reviews I saw on here. They called me first thing Monday morning, and had a tech (Billy) here the following day. Billy exceeded my expectations. He verified there was a blockage in the line, ran cable down there, and pulled out a big ball of roots. He recommended a company to come out and run a camera in the line to find out where the roots are coming from (since I don't have any plants in my yard), mark where the leak is, and have the main line replaced where the roots are coming in from. He didn't have to recommend where I should go. He also didn't have to give me a heads up on what work would likely need to be done to resolve the problem. I'm very grateful he did though. It's hard to find honest and helpful people, and I sure appreciate when I find one. I'd definitely use them again, and will likely be calling once the main line replacement has to happen. read more

Definite zero star rating!! Addendum: I did have communication with my service person by phone and text. However, he did arrive and was professional and polite. He did mention he was coming from another call in the opposite side of town. I've got no issue with that just better communication would have been good due to being told a 12-4pm time frame. I stand corrected and can admit when I'm wrong and in this case the service person did come through and did a good job. I was told what I need and Now just waiting to get it fixed. If I could give them zero stars I would. Three weeks ago our tankless water heaters stopped distributing hot water in the house, we we through our home warranty company, and they sent us Call us Plumbing. These units are a year old. From the admin who booked the appointment to the plumber who showed up, they were rude inept, and totally unprofessional. The diagnosis was the mother boards were bad and had to be replaced. This was done and still no hot water. They came back 4 hours later than the time promised and said this time the filters were dirty, why couldn't they diagnose this the first time. Please keep in find we are now at a 3 week mark with no hot water. The diagnosis was again incorrect, still no hot water. Finally got a new plumber who diagnosed the issue as a faulty wifi module, which was replaced and finally hot water. Absolute inept, rude and unprofessional company. On the final visit, the plumber said to call an 800 number to fix the problem, and said he had other customers to attend. Appalled! read more

I had an emergency issue with my hot water heater at 1pm on a Friday. I called my home warranty company to see if they could send someone within 24 hours. I was called back 15 minutes later with the home warranty rep saying Willy from Call-US Plumbing would be calling me shortly. Long story short the water heater had to be replaced (it was only 4 years old). From my call to the home warranty company to completion of new hot water heater installed was 4 hours. Willy was extremely professional and polite. I would use Call-US Plumbing now regardless if it was something that wasn't covered under our warranty. read more
