Our service was excellent. Jacob Myers was the best waiter we've ever had. Food was awesome as well.

The food was mediocre and over priced. The ice tea I ordered was actually thick. The service was subpar.

It filled up fast, and there was a lively bar crowd, and also an engagement party celebration upstairs. All of the servers were so friendly, and happy to share their favorite dishes and beers, etc. We started with the wings, which were great, and then we had the house salad with salmon and the burger and fries. OK, I did not order the burger and fries, but my boyfriend did, and I ate half the fries on his plate, they were that good! Great, friendly, with generous pours for wine, and just a really friendly, great place with perfect food for a winter day. I wish I could find a place like this in Washington, DC.

The restaurant has a great vibe, and you can tell a lot of attention went into the design and overall atmosphere. The staff can be a bit hit or miss. Our servers have always been friendly and attentive, but the host has been a little off-putting on a couple of visits. The food is still very good, although I've noticed a slight decline in quality over my last two visits. That said, it hasn't been enough to keep me from coming back. Overall, it's a great restaurant and one I'd still recommend to anyone visiting or living in Frederick.

The menu is very good- something for everyone. A great selection of cocktails and the margaritas are big and good. Everybody liked their foods. The bar is kind of loud but there is no problemnin the dining room. I had the Tropical Burrito. I liked it but you might want to ask for some hot sauce. They have an amazing protein meal that I'll have to get next time. We all had a great time and I highly recommend this great place.

We got there ariund 4pm on a Saturday. It was 4th of July, but we were able to find street parking. And because it was a holiday, we didn't have to pay for parking! When we walked in, the bar was prettyfull, but there were plenty of high tops by the bar that were open. They have 3 TVs set up in the bar area, playing the soccer games. We got there at the perfect time. Our server came and took our drink orders. I went with a classic guava margarita, which I really enjoyed. We ordered tacos, carne and birria and the mixed pupusas. Everything was really good with great flavor. I was very impressed. We stayed for most of the game, and it got pretty busy. They also have a dining area in the back, which also has tvs set up. I would definitely come back and try other options on the menu. This will be a go to in Frederick for sure! Great place for food, drinks, and to watch the games.

I love how some people made signs that said ICE not wanted at the Ice Festival. Joe and I stopped at a place called Wags to get warm and a late lunch. You had to go down some steps to enter this basement bar/ restaurant. It was a toss between Fells Point meets Peabody book club. Joe was entirely intimidated. Dark, dingy, crowded with everyone from bikers, to Boomers to yuppies to kids. Luckily, a couple was getting up and we found a table. Joe actually ordered a cocktail apple cranberry whiskey, LOL. The Waitresses were scurrying around efficiently and we were able to place our order. The menu looked like bistro comfort food that I found on Yelp as we were leaving the Glass Warehouse close by. We had no idea what to expect but walking downtown Frederick on Market Street is always a pleasure. The food and the service were outstanding! Totally exceeded our expectations. The quality, quantity and value for your buck totally unexpected. And Joe went from being intimidated to inspired! Joe liked Wags so much that he left a $30 tip, which doesn't seem unusual but the bill was only $40 including drinks! On the way out I shook hands with a guy named Carlos who introduced himself as one of the owners . I observed him wearing every hat, from serving food to scraping plates and cleaning. if I have to drag my man to my glass Warehouse almost 2 hours away from home I better feed him, LOL we will definitely be back. Gr8 vibes, gr8 food, gr8 service on the down low. Took a chance and was pleasantly surprised. #WAGS #WAGSWAITRESSESROCK #FREDERICKMD #BESTSMALLTOWNFREDERICKMD #anythinginstainedglassc

You get exactly what you think you're getting from a basement dive bar on a main street: cheap…read moreeats, rowdy atmosphere, and some great stories to tell. Driving through the area late at night, we stumbled across Wag's with a craving for burgers. Though we weren't there to drink since we had a drive ahead of us, we loved watching the other patrons enjoying the bar scene. With daily specials and a great basement vibe, I can see why people love Wags. As for the food: the burger was just alright - but what can you expect when your meal is less than $10 per person? It honestly was perfect for the price point. The Wag Burger claimed to have a special sauce but we didn't taste it, which was fine because the burger was juicy, greasy, and hit the spot. The Philly cheese steak had a bit more flavor than the burger and was also a solid choice. Fries are fresh and made in-house, and I appreciated that you can salt them yourself and decide what toppings you might want to add. The menu is honestly huge for a dive bar, and all the food was solid. Shoutout to the staff here because after hearing how some drunk customers were treating them, they deserve all the tips in the world. Despite the staff being berated, dealing with intoxicated patrons threatening to run around nude, all while waiting tables with ease and kindness - you all deserve raises.

Uh oh! I really appreciated how far apart the tables are to allow for conversations you can hear and more space in the cold/flu season. I had a Chocolate Martini and my husband ordered a Lemondrop Martini (not on the menu) but was definitely good. The basket of the fluffy, soft, warm rolls were incredible and something I will come back for. I got the Mediterranean bruschetta special which came with feta, crabmeat, tomatoes, balsamic glaze and lots of other yummy things on four pieces of bruschetta. It was delicious. The shrimp scampi over the thin fresh noodles was a pleasure - really loved how big the shrimp were and the large helping of pasta. My husband got the lasagna which was good although they used some different cheeses which made it taste a little different but still good. Amanda our waitress was quick, pleasant, and took good care of us. Fratelli's is a Resy restaurant. Make reservations ahead of time, since on Saturdays even at 4:00 pm, all the reservations are already booked for the night. I have returned to Fratelli's for a work group lunch. Kendra was excellent, taking care of our large group with professionalism, efficiency, and a warm smile and manner. I got the !4" pizza which is a deep dish pizza - just perfect - not too buttery. I got sausage which had the long slices of sausage on it, not spicy. You can only eat one or two pieces out of the thick eight slices, the pizza is thick so expect to share or take it home for several more lunches.

While we have routinely enjoyed ourselves here before, our last visit was seriously soured with a very rude, entitled host. So much so that the manner in which he spoke to us actually made my wife extremely nervous. The manager knows who he is. We had a conversation with her about his rude comments & unacceptable behavior after which we ended up leaving. I don't see us ever returning unless the host has been released from his assignment there. It's unfortunate for the restaurant because we are not afraid to enjoy anything on the menu and we tip very well (I was a waiter once, too). What an unfortunate loss for the person who would have benefited from what would have been our time there. We ended up going to Manalu and had a really terrific experience there.
