It is located in the food court area of the Fifth Street Public Market...all the vendors are small and much better than what you would expect to find in a traditional mall food court. Of course...went with the Polish dog and added mustard, sweet relish, picked, jalapeños and cheddar...as you can see they melted the cheese with a small torch at the end...artistry at work! And the result? One fantastic dog! The sausage was both sweet and spicy! The bun was Hawaiian bread...and the toppings were delish!! You can do it from right outside the club through a window! Or you can order online for pickup or delivery. I was out one night and craving an authentic Chicago-style dog ($6.50). I made the order and about 15 minutes later I was presented with a beautiful looking creation that tasted great. And definitely extra authenticity points for that poppy-seed bun. In addition to hot dogs, this location has other kinds of sandwiches (pulled-pork, bbq chicken, etc), mac & cheese, wings, nachos, and more including vegan options. Instead, it tasted greasy in every bite. The complimentary specialty sauce also wasn't my favorite. Second, I tried the Cheeseburger (no pickles). I was excited for this one, but it ended up being way too salty. The Porker was definitely the standout. Every bite was flavorful, and the sauce was really good. I'd recommend this one. They also have a beer garden next to the food truck where you can enjoy food and drinks. The atmosphere was clean and nice.
