Parking is in the medical center and they offer validation. The waiting room and the office is very clean, the girls at the front are friendly and helpful. Dr. Cheung is Fantastic!!!!! My son and I were quite nervous for his consultation but Dr. Cheung put us as complete ease, he made us laugh, he has great bedside manner and he explained the whole process of the surgery. The next day I heard from his staff on when the Dr could perform the surgery and the costs associated. His staff the two girls in the front were very pleasant, informative and a pleasure to deal with. I literally would call the office all the time and the girls were so kind to answer all my questions. Day of surgery I had a few questions regarding my sons medication and they were so kind to contact the Pharmacy and literally answer my questions and concerns. I called like 5x that day and not once did the girls sound annoyed they were genuinely happy to help. Day of surgery all went well and Dr. Cheung called that night to see how my son was doing and answered my questions. He was just really nice and such an amazing Dr. He really knows what he is doing. One thing that I also like about Dr. Cheung is that he is extremely honest, caring, knowledgeable and he doesn't over medicate. My son didn't require any pain meds, Dr. Cheung gave him some homeopathic meds which really helped with his healing, swelling and oral health. I'm so thankful to have this experience with Dr. Cheung, I highly recommend him. He is an AWESOME Dr.

Pacific Coast OMS was one of the two oral surgeons recommended by my dentist (the other office wouldn't extract the upper wisdom teeth because they needed 5 weeks post op recovery time before flying on a plane and Pacific Coast OMS was ok with 2 weeks post op recovery time). Dr. Odono is very approachable, knowledgeable and was a first rate oral surgeon! The consultation and the actual extraction occurred on the same day (which I thought was odd; it was explained to me that if my daughter needed general anesthesia (put to sleep), the surgery was done the same day as the consultation but if there was local anesthesia, then the surgery can be done on a different day from the consultation). We went with the general anesthesia (about 90% of patients opt for this). The consultation lasted 15 min, then the entire extraction procedure took about 40 min. Payment is due in full after co-payment from dental coverage was taken into account. They gave us detailed instructions for after care. The assistant then wheeled my daughter downstairs while I went to get the car. First rate experience; would recommend Pacific OMS for all of your wisdom teeth extraction needs!

I was scheduled for multiple appointments at times THEY provided, so I would arrange my work schedule and leave early to make it. Then, shortly before the appointment, they would call saying I needed to come in earlier or the doctor wouldn't be able to see me. If I couldn't change my schedule last minute, I had to reschedule only for the same thing to happen again! It became a constant cycle of being given appointment times that apparently were never actually available. It makes no sense to schedule patients for times the doctor supposedly can't accommodate! On top of that, I was charged a copay even though my new insurance does not require one. When I requested a refund, I was told no. Even now, almost every visit they still try charging me a copay until I remind them my insurance doesn't have one, and then suddenly they "remember." What was also upsetting was finding out they billed my insurance for a visit on a day I never even went in! And one of the appointments they told me to reschedule because the doctor "couldn't see me" unless I came earlier. The old hygienists also used to be very gentle and thorough, which was one of the reasons I stayed with this office for so long. The newer hygienists have been much rougher to the point where my mouth actually hurts afterward. I also felt uncomfortable because they repeatedly complained about me having braces, even though previous hygienists never had an issue with it and always handled my cleanings professionally. It's really disappointing because this office used to be reliable, but the management, scheduling, and overall patient care now feel extremely unprofessional.

I've had dental work done in the past that's had to be redone, and have had my fair share of unpleasant experiences, even during routine cleanings. I've been so sore and in pain for days, unable to properly eat, from just a regular tooth cleaning - I used to dread those appointments. It was very simple to make an appointment online which was already a plus. This place is also about 10 minutes away which was also convenient. The front staff is nice, not rude or condescending like some other places. I didn't have to wait long until I was called in. I had X-rays done, and then the Dr came in and actually spent a good amount of time just getting to know me as a person. After looking at my X-rays and doing a quick exam, he gave me a simple treatment plan for one tooth. He explained everything thoroughly and answered every question I had. I was even able to get my teeth cleaned with Zareh the same day and he was really efficient and gentle - no pain or soreness afterwards at all. I'll be going for my treatment in a few weeks so I'm a little nervous but feeling optimistic. I'll have to update this review after treatment so hopefully everything goes smoothly.

Recently I had a 20 year root canal go bad and it was time for an extraction + implant. I had been super afraid of finding a proper dentist to do this procedure because I just could not trust dentists to not screw me over with pricing and procedures. I came to Shant at Dental Blvd through a recommendation and could not have had made a better decision. Shant was the 4th dentist I went to for inquiry about the extraction and implant, and not only did he quote me a price lower than anyone else I inquired, but Shant and the office staff me feel so welcome to be seeing a dentist lol. It felt like I was visiting a dentist who was in my family or something I ended up going through dental blvd for my extraction and implant. I got my molar extracted at the start of July and my implant is about to be finalized by the end of this year. Since then, I've come to Shant for a chipped incisor (front tooth) and filling replacement on a premolar. Let me tell you something else. My chipped incisor had been worked on by another dentist before, and that filling only lasted two months before it fell out. Shant not only repaired that dentist's work, he made it look flawless to the point where you would never know the tooth had been chipped in the first place. I don't think I can trust another dentist in my life anymore.

From the moment she brought my husband back, she had an attitude. It was clear she didn't want to be there working on a Saturday. She was very unprofessional. First of all, when she called my husband back and I got up to go with him, she told me, "Wait here. You can come back when I put him in a room." I waited--only to find out that after she finished taking his pano, she told him, "You can go get your friend." (Petty.) He corrected her and said I was his wife. When I walked back, she gave me an attitude and told me I could sit in the chair in the corner. As I was walking over, she told me to MOVE my things (drinks). This girl should not be working in customer service, let alone in a dental office. Janeth, you should focus your time and attention on properly cleaning and disinfecting the operatory for the next patient--not on having an attitude. (See attached photos of blood from previous patients.) You're an assistant, not a doctor. You're not shit. On a positive note, the woman at the front desk was amazing--very attentive and sweet. The doctor was okay.
