Honestly I love this place so much. All the staff are so sweet and kind, the doctor the receptionist and the dental assistant. They are on top of everything and gentle and caring. I have anxiety and ptsd from past dentist that messed me up so much I had to get my fillings redone. I was recommended to come here and I'm so grateful I did because they took care of me like never before. The first cleaning I got even though I was nervous I was getting reassured every step of the way. And when I came back to finally fix my fillings the doctor was so understanding of my anxiety and they both reassured me. Honestly healed something in me and I love this place. Excellent customer service and staff! I got three root canals done and it was painless thanks to Dr. Suarez. Linda the receptionist is also very helpful and sweet. This dentistry does not accept any HMO's. You either pay a high price out of pocket cash or on a credit card or move to a high premium PPO, which most people cannot afford. This dentistry does not accept Delta Dental for major dental work, such as fillings, cavities, root canals and crowns which is the majority of what you go and see a Dentist about. They claim that these plans do not provide insurance coverage for such procedures. A simple lidocaine injection cost me $350.00 per visit. Not recommended. read more

Doc Suerez is amazing and efficient. They do a great job with cleaning my teeth and everytime the do fillings they take their time and make me feel comfortable. I am going to explain my experience with them: did cleaning (very poor service and 0% happy- did cleaning again with another dentistry NorthCal and they mentioned whoever did this before, they clearly did not know anything about dentistry ) on Feb 2022 and moved to NorthCal. I got a call from them twice about my billing and I told them I have not received anything from my insurance and once I get the check from them, I will definitely pay you. I received a letter with a 75$ late fee for the first time from them. Out of nowhere! Once I called them, I explained everything BUT the receptionist @ Suite J was so rude and just shouted at me and hung up. I called a few times (exactly 7 times) later and asked to speak with Manager but again she put me on hold and hung up. Please please be aware all their service including cleaning and customer service was unbelievably terrible. The lady was so impolite and angry. My original payment was 443 and they charged me 510$. I live in the US for 15 years and my credit is excellent then why the heck should I not pay you guys...that is because you are not good and you hire people who are not professional to do their work right! My dental insurance plan refer me to this office, I called and ask them do I have to pay anything out of my pocket and they said no, I went there and I did not like anything there from secretary to doctor and even equipment . I called my insurance company and change the service provider. But after 15 days I received a bill for $15.00 dollars for visit. I called them and I ask them why I received a bill? After 4 phone calls I could finally get hold of someone knows what is she talking about but she said she does know why or how I received the bill but she is going to fix it. Year later I was getting loan and that $15.00 shows up in my credit report and it was in collection agency!!! Really for $15.00 dollars!!! Any way I end up paying $65.00 to agency because I was middle of making a deal! Stay away from this office! To be safe. read more

Excellent customer service, the price is considerable and honest. I Called the dental office, they gave me a quick appointment and when I went I did not have to wait long. The dental cleaning was very good. Dr. Suarez examined me very well. He removed only 2 cavities that I had and I liked how my teeth looked at the end. One of the worst dental experiences ever. They rush you in and rush you out so fast it makes your head spin. They try to up sell you on everything and they overcharged my insurance. Dr Suarez gave me two fillings that another dentist had to replace 6 months later and told me I had 7 cavities that needed immediate attention. A second opinion confirmed that I only had two cavities. He has a terrible, rushed demeanor. It's all about getting as many people in and out as quickly as possible. Stay away! read more

Stay away from this dentist/office! I have had some routine work done here with no major issues. The doctor has a very nervous energy about him and tries to work on as many patients as possible. He has always been willing to slow down (a bit) and answer my questions. The doctor is rude to the dental hygienist right in front of you, very awkward to say the least. I recently had a routine cleaning and needed to take care of a minor chip on a tooth. The doctor did the filling and no one ever told me if my insurance covered it until I was ready to leave. It wasn't covered and cost me more than $100! The two women that work in the front don't take responsibility for their actions/lack there of and try to play the blame game. I go to the office off of Riverside and Laurel Canyon. It is super clean and everyone is very nice too. The office girls are really sweet and good at their jobs. All the assistants are pretty cool and mellow too. Dr Suarez however is very kind, funny and understanding. He is fast and checks on you constantly. He is always willing to work out a deal and set up a good plan of attack for your well being. Sometimes he might do too much which works for me rather well. I like less trips to the dentist! His office is small but very state of the art with monitors/t.v.'s and tiny cameras and digital x-rays. It is very clean and that is really important to me. I hear he is great with kids too! I like Dr. Suarez very much, but since they closed the Valley Village office, it is a very inconvenient for me and my family. His Van Nuys is only open 3 days a week from 9:00 to 5:00. I live in Valley Village and work in Santa Monica, I need a much more accommodating and flexible situation, so I have switched to another dental group with extended hours, specialists and Saturday hours. read more

I have been a patient of Dr Suarez for almost two years and I could not be happier! I was a patient of his in Valley Village and he was only there a few days out of the week but now his hours are more flexible. I'm not sure what the other helper was talking about because now that he's only in his Van Nuys location he's there Monday-Friday. I have been to other dental offices that only want to sell you treatment, not him. He's very honest and really cares about his patients well being. Prices are very reasonable definitely worth the drive! I have recommended him to all my friends and family because it's hard to find an honest caring dentist. HORRIBLE!! STAY AWAY!! DECEITFUL PEOPLE!! I went here because my regular dentist was in the process of moving, not wanting to wait for my deep cleaning I went here. WORST mistake ever!! They didn't even do the deep cleaning instead said I had cavaties and needed fillings (which I've never had in my life and magically appeared because just 2 months before I was perfectly clean). They wanted to charge me $400 additionally to what my insurance covered. Long story short Dr. Juarez was in and out in about 5-10 mins. I went back to my dentist just to find out they had done sealants not fillings! They charged my insurance for 8 fillings something that should have been a 1-2 hr. process. I've never had it done so I didn't know any better and they knew that, they deceived me and practically did fraud. Now I don't even have enough left on my insurace to cover the deep cleaning. i agree with fernando g. i'm putting this as nicely (in words) as i can. i would not go back to this office there staff is very unprofessional. doctor is extremely spastic which made me feel uncomfortable. i am sure most of the staff is not certified which is alarming and being a female i wouldn't expect while my mouth is open with the assistants help, that i would be hit on in a very piggish, uncomfortable way. i went for a cleaning not to feel like i was at a bar. oh and this took place at the van nuys office. which either way i'm sure the other locations aren't any better read more
