I love this place! The pizza is delicious and I've been multiple times so I know it's consistent! They have these incredible "broasted " potatoes that you absolutely MUST try with their little sour cream type sauce they give you. Last time I went I ordered a root beer and they gave it to me in such a big container!!!! I felt like a king. 1000000/10 recommend. I always order takeout but they also have a dining area that's homey and comfortable looking. The staff there is always super nice and they don't take too long prepping or anything. I have ate here since I was little and my mom has ate here since she was little along with my dad. They say the interior hasn't changed at all from when they were little, besides a couple pictures. Love PF!! Been getting carry out/delivery for years! I love their pizza, specifically the Charlie if you like meat is awesome! Another tasty one if you like meat and veggies is Top of the Line! This has become our go to pizza spot. We used to go to the other pizza place in town but one night we couldn't get through to order. So we switched and it was the best pizza accident we've ever made. Our standard order is a large pepperoni and sausage pizza and an order of broasted potatoes. Always get the extra side of sour cream. The pizza has a great level of cheese and the sauce is a thicker sauce but isn't heavy. The crust is a little thicker than the usual square cut pizza, but it needs for structural integrity. Also the prices are great and the longest we've waited for pick up was 40 minutes and that was at 530 on a Friday night. read more

We have visited a couple of times and have been pleasantly surprised. It doesn't look like much from the outside and it is kind of dark inside, but the food is delicious. Pizza is great, lots of choices, the crust is just right -- thin and a little chewy. The homemade potato chips were so awesome! They were the hit of the table. I wish they would have a dip that is tastier than what they use. They call it a seasoned sour cream, maybe it was a fluke that it didn't get made right that day, but it tasted just like plain sour cream. A smidge disappointing. We had the fish, which was plentiful and the pieces were meaty. The menu is diverse enough that you can have multiple eaters or things to share. The service was very good and the food was pretty quick. We will be back again!! read more

We went here with a group of friends. One of the couple has eaten here before a few times. So they recommended this place to all of us. As a group of eight we ordered four different pizzas. One was a taco pizza. And I can't remember all the others. I thought the crust was a little thick. It could have been thinner. The flavoring of the pizzas and it's topping was diluted by the crust. A few of us that talked about this restaurant afterwards said the same. So in essence, I would give it an average rating. We travel almost 40 and it's to get here. We could have gone any other place Broadway davanni's Carbone's. But we chose to go here on a recommendation of a friend. Would I go back? Probably not unless I'm nearby. But their potato and ranch dip was the best thing on the menu. I would recommend that highly as you can't get that anywhere else. Service was also outstanding. This little gem is one of the best kept secrets in the East Metro. Friendly staff and family owned. I know it's "pizza factory" but more than anything I would recommend trying a broasted chicken meal. The chicken is so hot and juicy coming out and cooked to perfection. If that wasn't enough, you get a side of broasted potatoes as well. Basically fresh, soft potato chips with a sour cream based dipping sauce. Word of the wise, order more than one dipping sauce because one is not enough! I bring my friends here whenever I can just to get the chicken and potatoes. Side note, I have nothing against the pizza on the menu if that's what you are looking for. Never had any problems with the pizza and always tastes great, although nothing so special you couldn't get at carbones or something. Love love love the Pizza Factory! Growing up in NSP my family frequented the Pizza Factory all the time. The pizza is amazing with a lot of cheese and great sauce. You have to try the broasted potatoes. They are to die for. In recent years I've usually just gotten take out or delivery. I recently dined in the restaurant with my son and realize the inside is filthy. The walls have dirt all over them and grime. It's like the haven't done a good thorough clean in a long time. I don't eat pizza so I was really glad to have a fast hot meal delivered near me. I usually order fried chicken or shrimp for delivery. Due to health reasons I can't get to the stores as much as I should. I first noticed a decline in chicken when it tasted like fish. I stopped ordering for a couple of years. I again, placed an order and noticed the chicken tasted like that frozen brand in the grocery stores. The shrimp was better but Cal's seemed to moved to ordering the smallest size shrimp they could and increasing the prices. Stopped ordering for a while. Again, I broke down and ordered one piece of chicken and 14 pieces of shrimp. It was the worse I've ever had. The chicken was fatty - I had to re-cook it to make it eatable. The shrimp was greasy, old and I was hungry so I only ate a few pieces - threw out the rest. When you call to complain they act as if you are calling to scam them. I explained that I wanted nothing. Just to let them know their food is increasingly bad and will effect their bottom line. However, I've learned my lesson. I'm not giving them any more chances. No one deserves to pay for food like that. Better to go hungry and wait to get to the store. read more

Horrible service! I live exactly 700 ft from their location and I ordered deliver due to the fact I hurt my knee. They said it would take an hour to deliver? After waiting 1 hour and 30-minutes they could and said the driver could not figure out how to find my home due to construction. There are signs in front of their business, behind and to the side that give the detour on how to get to my house, which would have taken the driver 3-minutes. After complaining about this the cook who spoke very poor English said he was not sending his driver? This is the worst experience I've ever had with a delivery service. Oh, there food is sub par to begin with but it was late so I thought I'd give them another chance. Long story short, called Domino and they knew about the construction as got me my pizza in 30 minutes, and they are 5-miles away. It is so good. I remember working at the gas station in the same strip mall when I was a teenager and remember the pizza being out of this world. Fast forward 20 years and I recently stopped there when I was in town for business. It was as good as I remember back then. I had a small sausage pizza and the crust was amazing. it has a taste to it that I can't describe except that it is delicious. We ordered a large pizza with a few toppings and a spaghetti dinner (includes salad and bread). The pizza was fine- nothing special, but almost entirely uncut. So after doing that ourselves, I dug into the spaghetti- canned sauce and very obviously frozen (and microwaved to heat) meatballs. The 'salad' consisted of a cup of bagged iceberg lettuce and way too much ranch dressing on top- not separate. We will never be ordering from this place again, which is unfortunate as we have been regular customers of this local restaurant for many many years (9 years to be exact). Ordered Hawaiian pizza, went and picked up the pizza, brought it home and it WASN'T HAWAIIAN PIZZA. My wife called them back letting them know what we got wasn't what we ordered and that we ordered Hawaiian. The lady on the phone, as well as someone in the background, flat out told us NO and that we were wrong. Let me tell you something about working in the food business previously....THE CUSTOMER IS NEVER WRONG!!! Never were we offered a new pizza for free...we were actually told we would need to pay for the new pizza. Pathetic, never been treated so poorly from a local restaurant.
