These guys are very honest and won't be shiesty like other computer places with prices. I went to another computer repair place and they told me that it would cost more to fix my laptop then I originally paid for it (just to replace the keyboard). Caltechsys found the part for 20 bucks and it cost less than $100 to fix. They are very fast and all really nice guys. I am definitely recommending them to everyone. Very disappointed with the service. Tech apparently didn't understand the problem but started working anyway. Then told me problem was fixed when it wasn't. Then when questioned about this the tech, Richard, swore at me. I won't be using them again. And I can not recommend them to anyone else to use. read more

This particular Technical Support team has the highest rating that I can possibly give after restoring the overall functions of my external drive, when after petitioning the help of 3 well known computer store bases, these local companies suggested that the' Drive' couldn't be repaired and wanted me to, instead, buy a new E-drive. I gave this Company my 'last shot' at fixing the problem. They succeeded beyond my expectation; the E-drive hasn't failed since Caltechsys remotely did what the other 3 Tech Support teams couldn't do with the E-Drive in their possession! I highly recommend this team---they are friendly, listen to the customer, and immediately want to get into the solution as fast as possible & never 'quit' until they find a viable solution that satisfies the customer. Foolishly tried to take my laptop to Best Buy/Geek Squad for a virus issue. They wouldn't take the job for less than $215 (their basic diagnostic fee -- virus removals often cost extra) and said it would take 3 days to fix my problem. I went to CalTech instead, and Richard removed the virus, doubled my laptop memory and had everything done in less than 24 hours, and all for about half of Geek Squad's price.
