And the food is absolutely incredible. I had the meat lover's lasagna. It was everything you want in lasagna-- piping hot, flavorful, cheesy, and comforting. My husband had roasted tomatoes and basil with feta over angel hair pasta. (It's normally served over gluten-free pasta, but the server actually suggested subbing another pasta.) The depth of flavor from the caramelization of the tomatoes was astounding. It's rare to find a dish that's both light AND complex, but this one managed it beautifully. Wonderful experience, would've happily paid more than we did.

My husband ordered the Smoke House Pasta and said he would choose that dish as his last meal! I ordered the Bruschetta Pizza. It was good but needed something. I also got the Antipasto Fantastico Salad... nice fresh crunchy lettuce is a plus (it was not the bagged lettuce)... just wished they chopped up the deli meats/cheese into smaller pieces. And we ended our date with the chocolate cannoli for desert. Highly recommend you order one of those! We will definitely be going back there and taking family & friends who come up to visit us. The staff were really nice and the place felt homey. Worth the wait time.

Tonight we celebrated our Son's 56th birthday and 4 of us celebrated Mother's Day. 14 of us. Wow! It seemed like every staff member worked so hard to give us the best service. Great team work! We had exquisite food and everyone had something different. We tip our hats to the chef. Your toasted bread perfection (the best), the salads, the dinners the desserts and drinks were wonderful. We highly recommend this family owned restaurant to everyone. The best atmosphere and more. I wish I'd taken some pictures. Well I guess we will have to back. We will share pictures soon. We all agreed this was a wonderful night. Thank you The Ciachouse.com

The kids had a hard time with the menu because it shows the names in Italian, but the description is in English and easy to understand. The food is still good, the ambiance nice for a date night where you might want privacy, and the staff was pleasant and attentive. I was also pleased that the waiter was able to suggest a wine like they do in fancy movies. I love wine but always forget the names of the ones I like most. We will definitely be coming back here again.

Anyway, this location is at Jess Ranch Marketplace in Apple Valley. I walked in with the intention to pick up one Hawaiian pizza. Good inside seating and limited outside seating. The outside looked like it hasn't been attended to for a very long time. Tables and chairs looked old. The ground was not swept. Just not the best appeal looking from the outside or inside. Anyway, the nice young man behind the counter greeted me right away. They weren't too busy at the time with just a handful of tables occupied. As I got closer to the counter, another staff member assisted me. She wasn't the most smiley and that's okay. Maybe she wasn't having her best day. I ended up ordering a medium half Hawaiian and half Margherita pizza. Pizza looked amazing! Crust was lightly burnt and bread was soft. Unfortunately, the taste of the pizza totally missed the mark. Pizza sauce was just plain old tomato sauce. No seasoning whatsoever. If that's their signature sauce, then it's not my kind of pie. Hence, 3 stars!

Second visit Meatball sub and a cold beer Food was really good, except the meatball tasted a tad salty The only downside to this place is the air conditioner doesn't work as good as you would expect they have a swamp cooler moving around and when you walk in, you could definitely smell the swamp cooler meaning moist air and the only way to stay cool is to sit near it so you can feel the breeze as it swings back-and-forth I would recommend the place I couldn't eat here that often because the prices are higher than what I would expect

Wow. This place has taken a huge drop in quality since the last time I was here…read more I don't completely get the idea of the restaurant being split down the middle, but aside from the hostess being confused on where we needed to sit, it didn't impact our experience. We were seated quick, received bread and drinks, and then we waited. After about 10 mins we were able to place our food order, thankfully we ordered an appetizer too because otherwise we'd likely have starved. First we ran out of bread and oil and waited... and waited... the waitress would appear to apologize and tell us she'd check on our food, but she'd walk away before we could ask for refills or more bread. This continued for exactly 1 hour and 20 mins. Finally I had one refill on my drink and we were given more bread. One loaf was soft and warm and the other was cold and rock hard. Another 10 mins later and ONE plate came. I imagined that they likely only had one chef who could make just one plate at a time... because we received our food one plate at a time over a 20 min period. There was no explanation, just multiple apologies and promises to check on our food. It truly didn't make sense because there were only 2-3 other tables on a weekday. The silverware was mostly dirty, there were flies and little bugs hovering around our table, and the nearly 2 hour wait was ridiculous. The food was decent, that's the only positive to our night.
