I've had several menu items and they've all been very good. Asparagus soup is a good starter. Eggplant Parmesan is good, but I would like it a little more crispy. Others have ordered the Penne Alla Vodka (ordered al dente, and it was perfectly al dente). Cannelloni Grattanati is a flavorful, attractive dish. I've had the chicken with spinach & cream sauce and Chicken Cacciatore - both were good. I would order either again. The Lasagna Forne was very flavorful, but too salty for me. From the food to the service I highly recommend Juliano's! The food is delicious! I had the antipasto salad and for me the dressing makes or breaks the salad! My daughter and I love this restaurant. We typically order the antipasto salad (so good, i love the Italian dressing) and we share a meal. I love the asparagus soup, it really takes me back to childhood, it's so good and comforting. Every time I've been there Francisco has been my server, he is kind and I never feel rushed, he always gives us a great experience. I've tried several dishes but some of my favorites are the fettuccine Alfredo, manicotti, and cheese ravioli with a cream sauce. Tonight I had a dirty martini and it was on point, very good. We ordered lasagna spaghetti, pasta bread & omg was it delicious ! Our waitress was cute , a little shy but great at her job ! Ambiance was quaint, casual & a little trendy. Management was very interacting with their guests & making you feel as if you were around their family dinner table. Went in with my family this past Saturday and was greeted by who I presumed was the owner who was very nice and helpful.my family all ordered different chicken dishes and they all loved and the service was great but the reason behind my low rating was because I had ordered the ravioli and although they advertise homemade pastas these were obviously store bought cheese ravioli which were flavorless but the meat sauce they put over them was very tasty because my family loved it so much we will be back but I will definitely try something different perhaps the lasagna and hope for the best read more

Just ok, not very authentic Italian food opinion. The pasta was not prepared al dente, it didn't taste like it was salted, the rib eye was more like a thin cut of flank steak but I was seasoned well. My husband ordered a chicken in a white cream spicy pasta but it didn't have much chicken and the pasta was over cooked. We also orders calamari which was over fried and very chewy. read more

Great food, friendly staff., and nostalgic ambiance. This place reminds you of simple life but great quality food. At first when you see the location of this restaurant, it seems not the greatest, and then you walk in to an old building. However, after you are seated and hear the music, you feel and see its charm. Love the ceasar salad here, although the dressing is different, its still fresh and satisfying. I felt the tables were separated nicely. I was shocked at the size of the portions. I was hoping for bigger, more Italian size portions. The Bruschetta was delicious, probably the best I've had. The bread was the perfect consistency. We added balsamic vinegar, and it sent it over the top. I was disappointed with the size of the meatballs. The flavor was good. For the price, I expected it to be bigger. The sausage was delicious. The manicotti was delicious and had good flavor. The food was hot, don't jump in, or you're gonna burn yourself. My husband really enjoyed his food. He was disappointed in the small portion size as well. Over all 09 out of 10. I will eat here again. I will say it exceeded my expectations in the HD. At Juliano's I was out the door at $ 36.50 plus tip for two authentic Italian lunches can't beat the value. In search of a new Italian restaurant between Las Vegas and Redlands, Yelp reviewers led us here on our way to California. We were not disappointed. We began with very tasty complimentary fresh French Bread and butter, followed by good, crunchy small Calamari Fritti rings with rich, deep-throated Marinara Sauce. Then, for me came the highlight of my meal: great, belly-warming hot Stracciatella Soup swirling with spinach and egg. A House Side Salad was good, with Iceberg Lettuce, Radicchio, and carrot shavings. It was nicely dressed with a light, zesty, and juicy Italian Dressing, but contained only one Grape Tomato. While Diane enjoyed her Veal Parmigiana Alfredo with well-made Alfredo Sauce, I was pleased with my entree of tasty, very good, and barely fork-tender Veal Marsala, accompanied by good Spaghettini & Marinara Sauce and excellent al dente mixed vegetables. However, the portion of veal served was only moderate, and I always prefer large portions of food. The restaurant had a nice casual Italian ambiance with piped in music, including the singing of Dean Martin. Service was attentive, very friendly, and very good throughout the meal. I learned from our server that, although it is not on the menu, Sausage and Peppers can be obtained here, because the kitchen has all the necessary ingredients. Best Italian in the high desert. This is a quaint, cozy spot where the owner or his son are present daily. A hidden gem, as I probably said in my first review. I love to share this restaurant with friends and fellow foodies. This place deserves 6 stars I have been eating here for about 5 years now. I can't get enough of their food. The food is on point with consistency every time. I've never been let down or disappointed. I try to keep trying more things off the menu besides my favorites and find new favorites. I actually ate there twice just this week. The Chicken Parmesan has a thin slice of eggplant on top which is out of this world. I pair mine with double capellini pasta side with extra marinara. The chicken is tender and flavorful. It's my go to first choice here. My second most ordered item is the capellini con pollo al pomodoro. I get mine without chicken usually, I just love this dish without the meat. The chicken Marsala was fork tender and is a mushroom and garlic lovers dream. The antipasto salad is huge with piles of meat, tomatoes and cheese. I could probably drink their Italian dressing with no shame. The Polpettine, or meatballs rather are perfectly flavored and juicy. The trancia di carne a la griglia Hugo style (spicy) is delicious. Steak and their sauce is a match made in heaven. The Alfredo, arrabbiata, and vodka sauce are amazing. My favorite is their marinara sauce. It's perfect. The fried mozzarella is fresh triangle slices fried to perfection. The stracciatella soup is my favorite. The broth, spinach and egg is a great warming addition as a cup of soup to any meal or as a meal in the bowl option. The kids menu is perfect size for the price and my kids love eating their spaghetti and meatballs. Oh by the way the bread is fresh and amazing. Just the regular break and butter is a perfect start to any meal here. They also have a cheese bread appetizer but the fresh bread wins it for me. I am not easily impressed but from my first few steps into the restaurant to walking out, absolute awe inspiring. The music, ambiance, and kind hearted staff, this restaurant is absolutely fabulous! For so many reasons. Their menu has something for e-v-e-r-y-o-n-e. From vegetarians to down right carnivores and pescatarians, there's lots to choose from, including for those needing special diets like myself. As a darn near vegan, with seafood every now and then, they have so many dishes for anyone and everyone, young and old. As someone with multiple invisible dis-abilities, I oftentimes have trouble finding just one thing on the menu I can eat. Here, there were literally too many to choose. And while I do avoid gluten, due to pain, I did not hesitate to eat their bread and pasta. Goodness GRACIOUS, everything was so darn great. The salad was oh so very super fresh, pasta beyond tender, moist and flavorful. Bread, speechless. Super soft with a side of real butter. YuM'm! From appetizers, drinks, dishes and desserts, I do plan on trying as much as my sensitive stomach will allow. Best part of all? It is well in my soul. I mean gut, tho all of me appreciates finding such deliciousness and superior kindness and customer service. Not a single bad thing I can say. Hours later, my gut rests in peace.
