    Create my own calzones

As far as the Calzone goes. It is good and the size is right. Not too small or big. I got the create your own where I add mushrooms/pineapple and bell pepper with pepperoni. My husband got the golden gate. It is flavorful but not enough for me to ever have a craving for it. I have this delivered and the simple instructions I gave was please to text or call to let me know the delivery person is here. Also Yelp send notification that it was first to be here at 7:46 pm to 8pm. Then it got changed to 8pm to 8:20pm. Well I never got the call or text. Refreshed the app and yelp notifications said it was left by the front of building doors for over 15 minutes. My food used to disappeared when it's left outside. I am not a big fan when the drivers can not follow a simple instructions. So that is a big huge no no for me. I doubt I ever going to order from them again. So we can forget about ever going into eat or having it being delivered again. Oh and the price are normal for 2 calzones but combined with tips and delivery fees. It came out to almost 50 bucks. That's normal.

Rosa is basically pepperoni pizza sprinkled with basil. You paid $2 extra for the basil. Stick with pepperoni next time. Hot Honey is basically. Pepperoni and sausage Pizza drizzled with honey. Not sure if the "hot" in the hot honey refer to spice or temperature. But, boy, the combo work. Would love to hear how this came together. The sweetness of the honey just elevated the salty pepperoni and sausage! Excellent. Caprese Salad. This was good also. Just expensive for 5 slices of mozzarella. $12. It's been awhile since we ate Pizza. This was a delicious 1000kcal lunch ‍‍‍

On the plus side the crust is not oily and/or chewing gum-chewy like really bad crusts are. We tried the "well-done" option the last time, and I felt it was too overcooked for my taste. I would go back to the regular option. The Veggie pizza is decent. I thought the Sweet Gino was essentially a margherita, but it was not. I thought by "sweet tomato sauce", they meant naturally sweet from ripe tomatoes, but they meant it has sugar in it, and it tasted overly sweet. I've also tried the Tomato Pie and that was ok as well. This location at El Camino and Ralston has convenient parking in an adjacent lot. Some outdoor seating available.

I was excited to learn they partner with The Butcher's Son for vegan mozzarella and meats. I've been a big fan of The Butcher's Son food for a while, and I love their mozzarella sticks, even though I usually don't like vegan cheese. I went with a medium 1/2 and 1/2 pizza: Vegan Meatzza and Vegan Buffalo Chicken. I also tried the Vegan Cannoli. The pizza was hot and ready when I arrived, and they sealed it with a 100% vegan sticker, which I thought was a nice touch. I really enjoyed both flavors! It's tough to pick a favorite between the two, but the pepperoni on the meatzza was delicious, and the buffalo and ranch combo on the buffalo chicken was tasty. Surprisingly, my favorite was the cannoli. Even though I usually prefer savory over sweet, the cannoli was amazing. I loved every bite, though I think adding chocolate chips to the filling would have made it even better. Overall, it was a 10 out of 10 experience! I can't wait to try other vegan pizza combos.

There are very few tables inside and 1 table outside, so it's a good idea to grab and go if you're not in a hurry to eat. Plenty of options from pizzas to calzones to sandwiches, burgers, desserts and milkshakes. There's definitely something for everyone. The pizza was made fresh, it was delicious and came out fairly quick. The onion rings and waffle fries definitely hit the spot while we waited for our pizza to come out. Although it was empty when we came on Father's Day and we had a chance to dine in, we would definitely order to go next time around.

We got sat promptly and even though it was busy we didn't have to have long for our server (Christan) to come over and greet us which was fantastic. We started with the nectarine salad and the burrata and prosciutto. Both were super fresh and crisp. Great way to start the meal. They have a great bar selection and wine selection I went with a sparkling rose which definitely complimented the appetizers. I then got the wild boar pasta subbed the fettuccine for a gluten-free penne. I love that they have the option to sub for a gluten free pasta it makes it so I have many more options to choose from for entrees. My dish had such deep rich flavors I would definitely come back just for that. My mother and sister decided to split one of the wood fire pizzas the formagio and sage. Both said it had the perfect crunch on the crust and flavor was nice. One highlight is that our server Christan was fabulous he was always readily available and he made sure we had new clean share plates and personal silverware between courses. Only low lights would be the acoustics inside. The restaurant are not very good. You will have a very hard time hearing each other unless you sit outside. Another addition would be giving serving utensils along with personal silverware when sharing dishes. Other then that we had a great night and I hope to be back again

My husband and I were in downtown San Carlos for date night and while we didn't originally plan to eat here, we ended up stopping in and I'm glad we did. It helped that it wasn't too busy, but still a good amount of tables were taken. We started with the cauliflower appetizer and it was better than expected. At first, I wished it were a little crispier, but I realized some pieces were cooked better than others (would prefer if all pieces were crispy!). It was one of those dishes that got better the more I ate it and I think I enjoyed it so much because of the sauce it came with. For our mains, we ordered the fettuccine oxtail or short rib?? pasta and the Doppio pizza and both were solid. It's been hard finding good pizza and pasta around here so I'm glad we found a nearby spot for Italian food!
