    The Veneto
    Leonard A.

Strictly for the pizza people! I'm not saying anything about the pasta or anything else they're cooking up. I ordered the Veneto that came with pancetta, royal grapes, goat cheese and a whole mess of baby arugula. Oh yeah I also ordered a side Ceasar salad that had a nice helping of anchovies that was definitely a plus. The pizza hit the spot and what I really enjoyed about this pie was the fact it didn't come with tomato sauce. So if you're one of those peeps that don't like that type of pizza then this isn't for you. Only for mugs like me. LoL. The service was great but slow and [[HIGHLIGHT]]the atmosphere was pretty chill with a really eye pleasing set up for a pizza spot.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] And that's my take on this cool little eatery, Peace out peeps

It has been a long time since I was last here at Amici's as it was night time and closing in 45 minutes. I called ahead for a pizza to go. Upon arrival with 20 minutes before closing although the dining area was empty, before I even got out of the car I have never seen so many people walk in then out of a place. These weren't delivery drivers they were regular people like me who called before closing. Very clean inside of course. The staff was very polite and even offered to carry my pie out to the car. I bought a large pie with two ingredients. Good pizzas are born here.

Food was good, ordered garlic bread but that wasn't served until after the pizza? Service was kinda bad, potatoes on pizza was undercooked, garlic bread was ok, not really worth it

Just so you know Amicis used to be my favorite but this past year, not sure if it's a change of ownership or the chef, but this place has gone downhill. A group of us ordered pizza to have for dinner (took a picture of the second one) and the crust is soggy and not crispy, everyone agreed there's no enough sauce, and the service is lacking even though they're not busy. I definitely think their quality and their great NYC style crust has changed and this place barely got 3 stars from me this time.

    CHICKEN CAESAR SALAD

I ordered a chicken caesar salad, iced tea, and a flame roasted lemon chicken wings. I thought the chicken caesar salad was okay, I was not really a big fan of the caesar dressing. The ice tea I ordered was alright, I was expecting to get a sweet ice tea but it was fine since I just added the sugar packet that they provided on the table. I really enjoyed the flame roasted lemon chicken wings, I feel like you can't really mess up chicken wings. I was somewhat content what I ordered and my company was going to be paying for it anyways hehe. I felt like the service was okay and I felt like the person who took our order seemed a bit annoyed since we were a pretty big group (there were 10 of us). They were really nice to give us a free dessert since most of us haven't dined here before. They gave us a tuxedo cake and new york cheesecake which I think my co-workers enjoyed the cheesecake the most. Overall, it was a decent dining experience.

    Not a margarita pizza.

Plain and simple, you don't put chunks of raw tomatoes on a margaritas pizza. It ruins the pizza. Fortunately, my family is not Italian and does not have my standards.

I was excited to learn they partner with The Butcher's Son for vegan mozzarella and meats. I've been a big fan of The Butcher's Son food for a while, and I love their mozzarella sticks, even though I usually don't like vegan cheese. I went with a medium 1/2 and 1/2 pizza: Vegan Meatzza and Vegan Buffalo Chicken. I also tried the Vegan Cannoli. The pizza was hot and ready when I arrived, and they sealed it with a 100% vegan sticker, which I thought was a nice touch. I really enjoyed both flavors! It's tough to pick a favorite between the two, but the pepperoni on the meatzza was delicious, and the buffalo and ranch combo on the buffalo chicken was tasty. Surprisingly, my favorite was the cannoli. Even though I usually prefer savory over sweet, the cannoli was amazing. I loved every bite, though I think adding chocolate chips to the filling would have made it even better. Overall, it was a 10 out of 10 experience! I can't wait to try other vegan pizza combos.

The pizza was made fresh, it was delicious and came out fairly quick. The onion rings and waffle fries definitely hit the spot while we waited for our pizza to come out.
