Its convenient for families although make sure to bring coupons or the regular price can get quite high. Placed an online order. I am not sure what I did but I was looking for a personal cheese pizza. I didn't see an option for cheese pizza and chose an option to customize my pizza. Guess I made a mistake because when I went to pick it up they asked if I wanted it without cheese since that's what I apparently ordered. Cheese pizza without cheese? That's just bread! I have been to other Round Table locations, and really like this location. I took a large group of kids here for a non-preplanned pizza party, and the staff was great. They quickly put together couple tables together for me and even tried to help me use their coupons in a way that resulted in the cheapest order for me. We ordered a large Hawaiian pizza and a large BBQ chicken pizza, which adequately fed eight middle schoolers. The pizzas came out perfectly and were full of flavor. They even told me that I can ask them to reserve their semi-private party room, which is free, in the future if needed. What a great place to have a casual pizza party! One kid even said it was the best pizza he's ever had at a birthday party, LOL. read more

We tried to order a pizza from Laurelwood round table 0.9 miles from our house, but the said we are not in their zone even though we have order from them for 9+ years. We called 43rd Ave round table 1.7 miles away they took our order for a chicken gourmet pizza and delivered it in a shorter time frame than originally quoted. The pizza was hot when it arrived, the crust was perfectly cooked and bountiful toppings. It was the best pizza we've had...43rd Ave is our new goto location. read more

I ordered the king arthers supreme pizza and the whole pizza was just half cut bell peppers taking over the whole toppings. Sure it had a few sausages and pepperoni but forsure didnt see the salami or linguica at all. This is my favorite Round Table! I have been a happy customer for over 10 years. The customer service cannot be beat. Since my 1st visit, the service has been friendly, courteous and helpful. Luis is awesome! I've tried different specialty pizzas and different toppings and have never been disappointed. Which I cannot say the same for other Round Table sites I have gone too. Their dining area is clean and delivery service is great. This is definitely my 'go to' when I'm in the mood for a pizza or having one of those days I'm not sure of what I want to eat. And like I said, I'm never disappointed. It's also a great place for parties or for large groups. They have a private area for parties and the shared dining area has lots of seating. Waited another 40 mins and then called to inquiry again. The same pizza bro answers and says that the food was dropped off already. And that the driver is confirming, standing right next to him that he delivered to the right address. Well sorry he didn't. He then questions for a second and a third time. No, we say over and over. Maybe you all should take a photo for proof of the drop if your going to question the customer so much. Can we please just get a refund? Pizza bro then says "how are we going to take a photo?" And continues to argue. Eventually he concedes and says "the customer is always right so sure." After we hang up, he promptly calls back seconds later to question us for a fourth time. My sister found two hairs in her pizza. We brought it to the attention of the staff, the girl behind the counter explained that she was the only girl and doesn't go in the kitchen area. My gf asked if we could get a refund or a new pizza. They said they could not refund us. Then another guy began to explain to her that this was not any of their hair. He started to argue with me about the hair and asked why I was being aggressive. I told him his pizza came with hair. It was not one of our hairs. He then said he would refund the pizza. For a pizza chain that uses factory-made crust, the pizza at this location isn't terrible. The interior was also clean and seemed relatively new. But this Round Table gets an F for totally dropping the ball on my daughter's birthday. The plan was to go to Planet Granite for a few hours with about 10 friends, then walk here for pizza and cake afterwards; We called several weeks ahead to reserve their party room; They confirmed the room was free and our reservation was complete; All seemed well. But when we called back on the day of the party to pre-order the actual pizzas, they had no record of the reservation, and the party room was reserved by another group that had called just a few days before. (Maybe they use a special reverse reservation system, where the LAST one to call gets in?) Did we find another spot to sit? Sure. It wasn't too crowded at the time, and we made due by grouping some tables together in the corner. But this kind of blatant F%*# Up has put yet another Round Table on my S list. By the time 8:00 came, I was thinking...maybe he gave my order to the guy downstairs...maybe there was a massive accident and he couldn't make it. By the time 8:15 came, I was getting pissed. I called the pizza place back and asked if my order even left round table. Yes, it left at 7:30. WTF? It finally showed up at 8:20. It was cold as hell AND I paid $6.90 for a six pack of sprite, and never got it with my order. I used to like you, but now I don't. Do something with that delivery guy. I usually love this location but not with this latest incident. Ordered an hour before closing through the online website where it says my order was accepted. Then i get a call from the location stating they were closed and couldn't make the pizza... they were obviously not closed... do better. This Round Table is my favorite. Even though I am supposed to get delivery from the Round Table up near CSM, this one delivers to me anyway. The manager Sarp, is awesome.
